If you are reading this, you are probably nervous, scared, anxious, angry, sad, and upset. You don't research attorneys for fun. I, unfortunately, have required an attorney more times than i can count... literally. However, i haven't had to retain my attorney that many times. I say this because Rachel Seaton and Traci (not girard virga) are not only my legal defense, they aren't just my friends, they protect the course in which my and my child's life travels. I have come to realize that a true attorney/ client relationship is a special relationship. I love these two ladies. They get to know you as a person and can actually predict how you think, what you feel, how you will react, and why you may have done something. To me, they are like family. After winning my family law case at the circuit (local) court level, my ex-wife appealed the ruling to the First District Court of Appeals. Ms. Seaton wrote an extremely professional and well thought out rebutal to the appeal. On 20 March 2017 the appellate court ruled in my favor. Ms. Seaton represented me throughout mediation, local court proceedings, and at the appellate level. Each step along the way she was professional and knowledgeable.

Seaton Law (Rachel Seaton) represented me in a very lengthy and complex family law case that spanned 2 years. Throughout the entire case Ms. Seaton, and her staff, were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my case. She told me up front the various potential outcomes of my case and how I could help her better represent me. Ms. Seaton and her paralegal (Traci) went into great detail covering all of the various documents and proof I would need to gather in order to prove my case. She represented me through a family law mediation and 2 hearings in front of a family law judge. All 3 instances she was phenomenal! Her knowledge of family law was astounding as well as her game plan and execution in front of the family law court. Due to Ms. Seaton's professionalism, dedication, and compassion, I was able to win my family law case.

Please know most of the reviews are regarding Mr. Virga. As for Ms. Seaton, I would NOT recommend her. I could write a novella as to why, but I won't. What I do know, is she monetarily took advantage of me and I have had other attorneys confirm this. Not once did I ever receive a statement of services rendered. Somehow, 7k just disappeared into this air and then she withdrew from counsel. I filed a complaint with the Florida Bar and she lied to the Bar.
