I called they hooked me up with a legal secretary,she the told me I need to file with social security disability and be denied before they can help,also I told her I was referred by my therapist.This type of practice reminds me of attorneys just wanting numbers not actually helping people .After I talked with another attorney they told me to come right in.So you be the judge numbers not really concerned about people's feeling .HAVE A BLESSED DAY

I was extremely pleased with Mr. Furr, he was kind, patient, empathetic, intelligent and thorough. His legal staff, not so much. While putting my case together they made a pretty large error and by the time Mr. Furr and myself realized it was too close to the hearing for the judge to accept the records so he was only presented with 3 out of 6 illnesses. Luckily, i still had a favorable ruling. His legal staff, in my experience, aren't compassionate or empathetic, I would even say cold and are very moody. Not the best disposition considering their clients are disabled. If it wasn't for them I would definitely give Mr furr 5 stars!!

I tried to use Mr. Syfrett and his assistant. While trying to use them I never got to meet Mr. Syfrett. I spoke with him over the phone twice between the months of July and September. The rest of the time I could only get a hold of his assistant. The entire time I also never got to meet him in person. I was told well after this well after that you can come into the office and meet him. I let them know three weeks before I moved out of state that I was moving and would like to meet him. I finally got an appointment set up and a few hours before they canceled and rescheduled until the day before I moved. I called back and told them I would no longer be needing their services because I felt like they honestly did not care about me or my case. 5 minutes after I got off the phone I finally get a call from Mr. Syfrett trying to make sure I understand my decision when he had not cared the entire time. As of now I have been trying to get a hold of them for two and a half weeks because they have not sent a letter to my insurance saying I have dropped them as an attorney. Because of that I can no longer proceed with my case. I have called every day, spoke to multiple people, and left voicemails. I do not recommend at all.

Awesome attorneys and great Office staff when I called with a question if they didn't have the answer right then they would always call me back in a timely manner when there was updates on my case they didn't wait for me to call and ask they kept me in the loop let me know what the next step was and what to expect hope I don't have to use them again but if ever I do there will be no question who are call

Mr Dykes & his office were incredibly helpful & kind throughout the entire process (which I had tried to go at alone at first but quickly realized how horrible that choice was) They let me know it wasn't too late to get representation even after another law firm had turned me away. I felt completely taken care of & they went above & beyond to help me feel comfortable with every step we made.

I ended up in emergency surgery after I was hit by a car while riding my mountain bike in a city park in Fort Lauderdale, FL on a Sunday morning at 9am. My right wrist and hand had bones sticking through the skin and the surgeon considered amputating my right hand but thankfully he was able to save it and I can use it for the most part. My surgeon recommended me hiring an attorney that I could trust because I would require more surgeries on my wrist and hand along with several months of occupational and physical therapy and he said someone would need to pay for all of this.
After speaking with a high school friend that still lives in Panama City about my condition and what my surgeon had said he recommended me calling Doug Dykes. Today, I’m very thankful that I listened to both my surgeon and my high school friend. I am very pleased with the results and outcomes of my case and how Doug and his staff handled each and every aspect of my case. Doug and his staff were able to negotiate with between Geico, USAA, Humana-Tricare, the hospital, and various doctors’ offices between Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, and Jacksonville about who was going to cover what. This allowed me to focus on therapy and getting back to my normal life.
Hopefully, I will never need a personal injury attorney again but if I ever do or if someone asks me for my advice; I will definitely refer them to Doug Dykes.
