David and his staff are wonderful. There is no one who will fight harder than them. He never goes into a meeting unless he is completely prepared. He and his staff treated me with respect. They never talked down to me but talked to me and made sure I understood exactly what was going on. I would highly recommend him. He doesn't give you false hope. He tells you up front what he thinks about a case. He doesn't sugarcoat anything.

The firm and Zach have been exceptionally good at going over and beyond what I asked of them. I’ve used them not once, but twice, for two separate non-provisional utility patents. It is rare, in my experience, to have such dependable people going out of their way to create such a wonderful environment.

My Mother died a month after finding out she had stage IV breast cancer. I contacted this Law Firm to see if I had a case and Trevor Gee after reviewing the Medical Records stated to me that Doctors are not Gods and that they would not move forward in representing me. A total jerk. Obviously Doctors are not Gods, but if something is wrong with you they are required to find out the cause. Last time I checked failure to diagnose is cause for a medical malpractice case.

These people are a joke. All the reviews for this business are from fake profiles with no picture, some don't even have text. This firm is incompetent, with zero communication and not a single thread of professionalism. They sent me documents for other cases multiple times. They basically took a retainer fee and did nothing. Anyone who is looking for a patent lawyer. I highly suggest looking elsewhere unless you want to lose thousands of dollars and your application date.

David Bowling is the best! I recommend him 100%! I am an attorney in Georgia so I am probably very picky. I had a tragedy involving a family member in Louisiana.
