If you ask him for advice that you legitimately think of being part of his $ 12,000 fee, he says, "It's your decision, you see."
in short, he does not do anything after receiving his fees. we are at the limit of indecency.
So I took another lawyer even if I have to pay a second time.
Congratulations to Mr. Gahagan who found a good way to make a living without getting too tired.

Un avocat charmant qui vous demande 12000 $ pour un visa. Bien sur, ce montant doit être payé immédiatement et en totalité avant qu'il ne commence a travailler. Dès que c'est fait, il vous envoie une demande de documents a remplir et à lui renvoyer. Et puis... plus rien !
Si vous lui demandez un conseil que vous pensez légitimement faire partie de ses honoraires de 12000 $, il vous répond : "c'est votre décision, c'est vous qui voyez".
en bref, il ne fait plus rien après avoir reçu ses honoraires. on est a la limite de l'indécence.
J'ai donc pris un autre avocat même si je dois payer une seconde fois.
un grand bravo tout de même à M Gahagan qui a trouvé une bonne manière de gagner sa vie sans trop se fatiguer.
When he returned to me all the documents I had provided him with, he attached a letter to the package where he claims in many occasions that I “refused” to provided him with the NVC number. He knows that this is a big lie because I never “refused” to give this number to him, I was just unable to because I don’t have it. I called USCIS and the NVC several times trying to get this information but they have not provide it to me, but on his letter he makes the remarks like I never gave him this information just because I didn’t want to. When he took my husband’s case he knew that I still didn’t have that number and he agreed to take it anyway (he just wanted to take the money), and as my attorney he never tried to reach USCIS or the NVC to get this information himself. I always kept him informed of all the emails and calls I made myself to USCIS and the NVC. He is a greedy person, there is not much difference between a common thief and him. BE AWARE OF THIS SCAMMER.
They strive to get you the help you need with great outcomes!!!!!
