As if wasn’t their fault in the first place we were having to do this. All in all, it turns out she didn’t need to do that form. They still had her original card. And we essentially wasted $550 to get a card reissued that wasn’t needing to be reissued. So glad we at least didn’t do this with them and wasted more money.
Now I’m not saying they are actively trying to scam people but they need to get their stuff together. They don’t seem to care to find the right information for their clients. They switched the person handling the immigration 3-4 times in the time we were processing my moms application.
