Beware of Steve Bruzonsky! After reading his ad and talking with him on the on the phone we came to agreement. (The man talked over me and down to me, showed me no respect) He said he had medical issues that kept him from loading and shipping the subs, (the ad says shipping) so I flew to Phoenix from Houston and rented a SUV. After arriving at Steve’s home, I realized I had to have a larger vehicle, so returned the SUV for a minivan. (he said, just wrap them a blanket put them in the SUV) The sub looked fine, but did not have the power cables, scuff pads, gloves, or the manuals. (My mistake was not hooking them up!) Steve sworn the subs worked like new and there were no problems. I carefully packed the subs back in their original boxes and drove back to Houston. After hooking the subs up, I found out one did not work at all. I contacted Steve and he first blamed it on me, saying I didn’t know how to operate the sub and then my packing, then the travel to Houston. I called JL Audio and spoke to the service department and they sent me a quote for the repairs. After many emails and phone calls, Steve agreed to pay for half of the repairs and shipping to JL Audio for one of the subs. But way I see it, if one failed the other isn’t far behind. So, I shipped both subs to JL Audio for repairs. After two months and many hours of calls, emails and $1500.00 over my original cost (and not to mention the packing and unpacking of both 240 lb. subs) I finally have subs!
Steve Bruzonshy is a dishonest person!
