We worked with Devin Bateman. He was highly recommended by the chiropractor Dr. Olsen. We were not disappoint. Mr. Bateman got us everything we needed from our settlement. Another thing I enjoyed other than the outcome of the settlement was how welcoming his staff was. Vicky the office manager was very kind and the receptionist was very professional. I've had very bad experiences with other lawyer so this was a great change

Not as aggressive as I needed

Unfortunately I was in an accident in September. Michelle got me in quick and worked with me the best she could. They did all the work for me which made my life so much easier. Unfortunately I was in an accident again earlier this week and I was pleased with my services last time that I decided to to return to Pincus And Lesperon. BEST PI ATTORNEYS IN TOWN! Thank you guys so much for your help.

I seen 2 lawyers before going to Pincus & Lespron. The only reason was because I had never heard of them and this was my first injury claim/lawsuit ever! I went to a law firm downtown first (Noah and something) and they spoke very highly about my case. They talked about my case being so good and blah blah blah but then they stopped calling me and sent me a letter saying they couldn't represent me anymore.
Then.... I went to Lerner and Rowe. Yup! The guys that advertise EVERYWHERE! Same story. They said they would represent me and felt positive about my case. At first it seemed like it was going extremely well. Then BOOM! THEY STOPPED CALLING AND EMAILING ME and just sent me a letter that they couldn't represent me anymore!
I felt so stressed and almost hopeless!
Then I googled some local law firms and found Pincus & Lespron.
They were honest with me from the beginning. They explained everything to me thoroughly and stayed in contact with me during the whole fight.
I say fight because that's what they literally did for me. They fought for me for a non stop 2 and a half years!
They won my case!
I can't explain how happy I am with this lawfirm. They did sooooo much for me. I will recommend this lawfirm to everyone I know for life!

Unprofessional and they don't care and they are lazy.

Being one of the very few doctors in Tucson certified in personal injury, I feel it's important to recommend attorneys properly trained in personal injury to my patients. I feel it's as important to find a properly trained personal injury attorney as it is to find a qualified doctor. I have had horrible experiences with attorneys who dabble in personal injury. That's as bad as doctors who dabble in personal injury without knowing how to properly treat the injuries. Michelle Lespron has never failed to do a great job for my patients. Her firm does a thorough job, and always get outstanding results. I highly recommend her.

Having treated car accident injuries for 36 years here in Tucson, I have had the experience of working with many law offices. These days, insurance companies have changed their attitude due to large law firms that attempt to turnover a high number of cases per month. I have found this not in the interest of the patient's needs, especially in getting well over their injuries. This change in business is in sharp contrast to the days before TV adverting began and has made it much more difficult for lawyers to settle cases fairly for clients. I give Pincus and Lespron high marks for their standard of being ethical, and fighting hard in an arena that seems to have gone ary. They do a great service to their clients.

Overall a great experience. I was in a very bad motorcycle accident and was in no condition to deal with insurance companies or any other bills, but Pincus & Lespron helped me out. They kept me informed on everything happening with my case. Then let alone at the end they ended up getting me money in return for a small fee for their time and effort.

High staff turnover make it difficult to work with this office. It's been over two years, and my case still hasn't come to trial. I understand that things take time. However, whenever I call or email to ask a question, there's someone new, and the person that I talked to last time no longer works there.They generally deflect any questions and are unwilling to take the time to explain the process to someone like me who's never brought a case to court before. I think there are good individuals Within this office, but the high turn around makes it difficult to form a professional relationship of trust and efficient communication.

I am currently using Pincus and Lespron to defend me in a vehicle rear end collision in which the other party was cited and responsible for my pain and suffering. It has been 1 year and 5 months since the accident and hope for the best.

I was in a 3 car accident and the person who hit us had limited insurance. Since there were two vehicles that were hit and the responsible party for the accident had limited insurance, I did not believe that much would be covered. The Insurance money was basically split between me and the other victim.

I contacted Pinkus & Lespron, since my daughter had used them previously for two of her accidents and was very satisfied with them.
Not only were they able to get my vehicle fixed, all my medical bills were covered (they were able to negotiate a lower medical bill) AND I received a check for my pain and suffering!

I was impressed by the professionalism throughout my experience with them. I would call with any question that I had and if they were not available at that time, I would receive a call back almost immediately. They would occasionally contact me just to let me know how everything was going and to ask how I was doing.

My experience with Pinkus & Lespron has been very positive and I will continue to recommend them to family and friends. From the very beginning, Pinkus and Lespron told me not to worry that they would take care of everything because all they wanted me to do is get better. And that is exactly what they did!

This is the second time going through Pincus & Lespron. Aside from both accidents, the experience I have had, from start to finish, has been incredible.

They have an incredible affiliation with highly proficient and competent chiropractor's, neurologists, and other medical professionals from whom I have received amazing care that has made a huge difference in my day to day life. If it weren't for this team, I would be in a world of hurt.

On the legal end, the first accident I was in was dragged out by the insurance company and Pincushion & Lespron took the case and aggressively worked for me to be fairly/well compensated for all of my pain and suffering.

I don't normally write reviews, but thought this might be helpful to some people because it made a big impact to me when I was hurt:

My first accident caused some back and knee problems. I was in school, didn't have any health coverage, and couldn't afford to go to a doctor. I was really nervous about getting stuck with medical bills, but was in serious pain and didn't know what to do. Pincus and Lespron got me treatment and even an MRI to check for ligament damage. They also coordinated the repairs on my car. They took care of everything and even got me a nice check in the end! It was a total blessing to have them help when I was hurt, frustrated, and not in a position where I could do these things for myself.

The second time I used them they got me a check to cover the repairs on my car and some of my medical bills. I was satisfied that this covered everything, but then a few weeks later I got another check in the mail. They had checked the doctors bills and got him to reduce them even further, which resulted in more money for me. I wouldn't have known the difference because the first check more than covered the bills. Seriously, how often do you hear of an attorney sending you extra money? This made me feel like they were really looking out for me when I was hurt.

I hired them because I was rear ended by a guy driving an Enterprise rental car. He worked for Enterprise. My chiropractor recommended them saying they were the best. I met with her for a few minutes. Never heard from her again despite my attempts to meet with her. I met with one of her employees once because they wanted more information. It was recommended that I continue with physical therapy, I had to go in for x rays with medical bills piling up. Finally she calls me and says they are ready to settle. It would only cost me $4000 to settle. WHAT, I got hit. Well your medical bills were pretty high, yes you made sure I kept seeing the chiropractor. My car was nearly totaled and that was nearly $8000. So they offered $20,000, she takes her cut, pay for the car, medical bills, I owe $4000. We can go to court but she says you will lose. I don't get it. Chiropractor reduced his bill and she reduced her bill so I broke even. Not happy at all. This man was going 35 mph, never slowed down, hit a big SUV behind me and I was pushed like 50 feet. My recommendation is to get a different lawyer, one that fights for you. I felt that since she was friends with the chiropractor she made sure I kept going and she knew the Enterprise people she recommended I settle.

I would have never seriously considered hiring an attorney to help with a car accident, as I thought that insurance companies take care of everything. But when my truck was run into, I decided to give Pincus & Lesprón a try based upon a friend's referral, and they went way above and beyond my expectations.
They were always very kind, answered my questions, and took care of the whole process seamlessly and with great results.
I happily recommend them to any friends I have that have been in an accident, and they take good care of us.

Horrible service! Customer service is the worst! The ladies who answered the phone were not professional at all! They seem like they don't even want to work! Cynthia who answered the phone when I called had such a bad attitude and very impolite! She needs to learn some manner or get fired. They should get rid of all their staff! Horrible experience. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! Stay away!! Beware!
