Divorce is never easy but Mr Bays was both helpful & knowledgeable, and his office staff was very friendly. I very stronly reccomend him.

Mr. Bays has represented a few friends and co workers and those cases were all wins. With that being said, I knew I needed him and our experience was great. I have got to say this is the unfriendliest, unprofessional law firm or business for that matter. The paralegal Debbie says she will do something and then never does. I called many times for Debbie and the front desk person Sheryl would say, let me see if she is available and then come back to the phone saying she is in a meeting, or she is not there, etc. After four phone calls getting the runaround, I finally stopped in to see Debbie, and of course, Debbie was in a meeting. Which I knew was a lie when only two cars were outside and two people, Debbie and Cheryl were inside. I have been lied to so many times by Debbie and Cheryl. I Would STAY AWAY from this law firm. Debbie does not have the Decency to do what she said she would do or the decency to say she is not going to do it. Again save yourself a headache and your money and do not use this Firm.
UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE: My ex-husband even called them to tell them to do the paperwork, and they still haven't. I gave Debbie my ex-husbands phone # so that she could call him and get his permission the first time I dropped off the paperwork. I asked my Ex husband if they ever called and he said no so I asked him if he would call and he did. We had an amicable divorce and are friends, so there is no animosity between him and I. I NEVER trespassed, that is ANOTHER LIE! I went there to talk to Debbie, and since she did not have the decency to come out and see me, I did yell to her so she could hear me. Sheryl said you need to leave and I did. I do not take kindly to being lied to and getting the runaround. If she were not going to finish the job she said she would do, then she should have told me that. Instead, she LIED and said she would do it. Debbie has no integrity. Just look at the other reviews. Thye support exactly what I said.

Used him a years ago if I knew what I know now I would have never retained him worst lawyer only about money and not about representation as a lawyer should be. I was already giving my ex what she wanted during the divorce. She got free representation and was told to contest it anyway so my fee double from $2,500 to $5,000 and nothing changed from what I was giving my ex and what she was asking for. Bays law also helped her get part of my military retirement with out trying to fight for me bays told her what she would get. He should have been looking out for my best interest which he wasn't. He even told me to give her our joint tax return even after I told him my ex and i agreed on the amount we both will split and he still tried to convince me I still told him no. I was trying to hurry and get out of the abusive and physical relationship that my ex was doing to me.

when I was served with divorce papers and noticed that my ex wife was been represent by Attorney I felt that it was going to be a tuff divorce case because my daughter was involved, child support and spousal Maintance.Well I didn't hesitate in calling Mr.Bays Law Firm.

Randy Bays was successful in destroying me & my children. He let Michael Farro dominate the court proceedings and my family is still paying dearly for what he allowed to happen to us. He was my lawyer but it was quite obvious that he took sides with my ex-husband. On one of many court days he set his briefcase on the table and said he needed $2500. I was shocked. He said he needed it right then or he was walking out....told me to call my mother and have it wired or he was leaving.
That is just one of the many underhanded things he did. I came to find out that he & Farro are very good friends to the point that Farro is the godfather of Randy's kids.
VOTER BEWARE!!! He will still be manipulated by Farro if he becomes a judge.

Divorce is hard and emotionally draining. I am very grateful that I had MR. Bays and his amazing staff leading the way through this difficult process. Their vast knowledge and years of experience are immediately noticeable. They're compassionate and understanding. I knew from the very first meeting that my case was in good hands. MR. Bays was persistent in advocating for my child and working out parenting time. I felt that every appointment I had was very productive and informative. My questions and concerns were quickly addressed. My phone calls and emails were responded to in a timely manner.

Mr bay's is very unprofessional and rushes through the entire process. My ex husband still owes me money and is refusing to give me the remainder of my belongings. I have sent numerous emails trying to get my issues resolved and still nothing. It's been roughly 9 months. Forget trying to get anyone other than the secretary on the phone because they are always busy or out of the office and can never return a phone call.

Randall Bays does not care about the people he represents. He will do whatever it takes as long as the money is right. There is a very fine line between the way he runs his practice and what the American Bar Association considers to be legal or allowed at all. His secretary is rude and if he does not feel like being reached via phone or however, you will know it. The reason why so many men on this thread said he came highly reccomended is because he is well known in the military community for completely screwing the spouse over as quickly as he can, due to the fact that usually the spouse has no idea what she is or isnt entitled to and usually cant find or afford an attorney as quick as her husband can. Who cares about the children who are caught in the crossfire. Who cares if they hurt. Just as long as he can continue to rake in the dough and uphold his flawless reputation on post with all the soldiers and higher ups. Right?

The way that Randal Bays practices law is completely unethical. He is a snake. He will do whatever it takes to drain his clients of every penny. He makes his money off of the blood and tears of all of the families he has ripped apart, knowingly. He has 5 infractions against him when you search his name on the az state bar website. Which by the way, if you end up searching for him and can't find him, its because you need to search for Paul Bays. His real name. I am appealing my divorce because over half of the paperwork that was filed is being considered as fraud. Hey. My Husband and I went through Mr.Bays for a 3 year long custody battle for his children. Mr.Bays was extremely helpful and thorough with the process. Bays showed up late to court .Didn't tell me there was an issue with my case. Then put me up on the stand and asked me questions without even prepping me before hand. I would swear he was working for my ex rather then me.

I was faced with a Child Custody case nightmare that started in the state of CT and ended in AZ. At the time I had to hire a CT attorney to get my children back into my custody after my children's father refused to return them back to me after Christmas break of 2014. I have had the pleasure of having Mr. Bays as my attorney. I recently
relocated from Arizona to Georgia to be with my current. Mr. Bays has been extremely wonderful with all his work including his staff. I went to court in July 2014. Mr. Bays presented himself professional and knowledgeable in court as well as very well prepared for the day, to include the exhibits, which were used, questions being asked and strong minded.
