I was terrified at the idea of filing for bankruptcy and having to hire a lawyer. I read a lot of positive reviews for Mr. James Gentile so I decided to make an appointment with him. I am so glad I did. Mr. Gentile and his staff were fantastic to work with. They made this whole, intimidating process very easy for me and they where there to answer any questions I had. They let me know exactly what I needed to give them and they did the rest. They were very prompt in answering any email I sent them and they made sure I knew exactly where I was in the filing process during the whole thing. I just had my court date and it lasted maybe a minute. The trustee had everything she needed and I only had to answer very basic questions. Before I knew it the hearing was over. I would highly recommend this law office if you are looking into filing for bankruptcy.

I found this attorney when I was researching filing bankruptcy. I sent a request for more info and he emailed and called me back immediately. I met him in person in the Chandler location and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also like that his wife does taxes and shares the same office. She was able to answer any tax questions. My attorney was great through the whole process. They met with me anytime I needed and would respond to my emails promptly. Everything that he said would happen during the BK process happened and my BK was discharged effortlessly. Everyone in the office is nice and friendly. I highly recommend him to anyone!

Hey Mr. Lawyer, not everyone wants to file for bankruptcy! Sometimes people want know their opinions. Went to see him twice and he did not remember what I said to him the first time and tried to give me a hard time about a scrap paper he gave me on the first visit, but did not bring for the second visit.
I went to a different lawyer who actually gave me good advice. Don't see this guy if you want actual service.
