Getting straight to the facts, Kyle is a very knowledgeable guy in his field of expertise. My problem with this firm is one of his paralegals, Mandy. In several instances, she had a laundry list of small things she did and charged a minimum of 30 minutes for each item, totaling several hours when the actual aggregate total was only around 1.5 hours. This action is a greedy and conniving practice, one that many law firms are notorious for. Scoresby is no different. In short, I was strung out to a bill of $20,000 and really got nothing for it.

While not a scenario I would wish on anyone, Scoresby Family Law helped me get through a difficult time with wise council and really helped me keep my costs down. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. With such a difficult and emotional issue, Mr. Scoresby is definitely the one to have in your corner. Mr. Scoresby handled my daughter's child support case. My daughter filed the paperwork and was prepared to go to court, but my husband persuaded her to hire an attorney to handle her case. We were referred to Mr. Scoresby by a business associate. Big mistake. Not only did Mr. Scoresby perform poorly in court - he never confronted our daughter's ex-husband when he stated under oath that he had his children half time when he only had his sons one or two days a week for the past two years, but then refused to give back the $5,000.00 retainer, which was supposedly only to retain his services, not pay for court costs. We paid anywhere from $1,400.00 to $2,700.00 a month for his services. Mr. Scoresby, to rephrase a Bon Jovi song, "You give Mormons a bad name."

Kyle Scoresby is a terrific attorney. He is fair, just and responds in a timely fashion. The office staff is considerate, kind and sensitive to delicate issues. Thank you Kyle, Lyndsey and Mandy. I don't mean to exclude the rest of the staff but these 3 were most attentive to my needs.

My ex-wife hired Kyle Scoresby in our divorce. Before she hired Kyle we were 90 percent in agreement with how we wanted to divide everything up. When Kyle became involved my ex became convinced that she was entitled to everything and that 90 percent became zero. I didn't have a lawyer and was convinced that it shouldn't take thousands of dollars to divide by two. Long story short, I came out with more than I had originally asked for, and Kyle sent my ex to collections for $16,000. Money well spent?
