I felt ashamed to ask for help and especially to seek bankruptcy as I had always been taught to be responsible. Wish I could give them 10 out of five stars. They helped us file this year and we're amazing. They truly care about their clients and will do everything they can to help. Telina was our paralegal and she answered all our questioned right away, and actually saw as human beings who hit a rough spot instead of a paycheck like so many people in business do. They saved our lives and help get us back on track.

The Neeley Law Firm was responsible for saving my family from years of financial misery and I truly can’t overstate just how pleased I am with their services. My wife and I had exemplary credit and a relatively strong income, but got caught up in the commercial real estate bust and were hundreds of thousands of dollars underwater on a commercial office suite. Making the payment each month was destroying us and the bank made it very clear that they had, “No intention of settling for anything less than the full remaining balance”. We visited several bankruptcy attorneys, one of whom had my wife in tears by the end of the conversation. According to this attorney we could look forward to years of financial restructuring under a chapter 11 bankruptcy that essentially put us in servitude to the bank. Another attorney implied that we didn’t know how to handle our finances (perfect credit scores, no other financial issues whatsoever).

Then we found Ken Neeley. Mr. Neeley made it very clear that our bank was very difficult to work with, but he was still confident that we had a good shot at a settlement regardless of what the bank rep had told us. Let’s just say that several months later when the bank accepted our settlement offer my wife and I had a party that weekend to celebrate. While the original debt was close to half a million, I was able to write a check to settle the debt and move on (and trust me, my bank account at that time was nothing to brag about). Mr. Neeley didn’t even feel it was necessary to broach the bankruptcy topic until AFTER we had exhausted all other less expensive and less painful options. Since they do more than just bankruptcy, they will ensure that you take the best course of action, not just the one that is the easiest (or most profitable) for them. In our case, we never even needed to discuss bankruptcy since he they were able to get us a fantastic settlement.

Being able to trust your lawyer is every bit as important as being able to trust your doctor or accountant. I’ve referred several of my business associates to the Neeley Firm because I trust them so explicitly. Definitely take them up on the offer of a free consultation; you will be very glad that you did.

I was referred to Neeley Law Firm by a friend with a complicated financial/bankruptcy situation. Mine, at the time, was not complex, and I shopped around. After leaving one place feeling like I'd just been sold a 1986 Yugo (and was pressured to give my credit card information before leaving)... and having another attorney cancel on me 40 minutes before a scheduled consultation VIA TEXT MESSAGE... I returned to Neeley. This time my case had become urgent, as I was facing a garnishment. I was scheduled an appointment the next day, with Mr. Neeley himself.

We discussed the details, urgency, and set a timeline. My paralegal, Teresa was fantastic, and at my document appointment, she went through each and every detail of the assets/liabilities questionnaire efficiently and with great explanation. I left with some homework, and each question I had following that was answered by email within the same day.

I can't tell you where the Neeley Law Firm's fees fall within the greater Phoenix market. I do know that their exceptional service was worth every dollar, and I was signed and filed in less than 30 days. I urge anyone to read the article on the website about the Hyundai Accent.
