My wife asked for a referral to a lawyer, from a good friend, for her brother. We were given Mr. Larry B. Douglas as a recommendation.

Mr. Douglas was very thorough and very detailed when handling the case. He even went to the scene of the incident and gathered pictures of the scene. The police didn’t even take pictures of the scene. My brother in law was falsely accused and Mr. Douglas told him to be patient and he would get all charges dropped. With time and patience those words came to fruition as he had stated.

My experience with Larry Douglass was one I will never forget. We usually don't forget people who treat us bad. Mr. Douglass did not seem to care about my loved ones case. Before he would sit down with me, he made me pay $1,000.00 up front, which I did not mind at first because I thought this meant he was serious about working for me. He never gave me or my loved one who was in jail an update about the case or called with any details. Every time I would call him it would take him a while before he could find the case file, and responded to my questions with a senile arrogance. Mr. Douglass visited my loved one, once and it was to talk about how he would be getting paid the rest of the money we owed. My loved one made me fire Mr. Douglass and hire a new attorney who much better assisted us. When I asked Mr. Douglass for my $1000.00 back, he said I didn't deserve it and stopped answering my calls & texts. I am very disappointed with this firm and will continue to share my experience.
