I honestly did not expect the urgency, ease of communication and above and beyond type service I received from Trezza Law Firm and my Attorney Stephen Trezza. They made everything so understandable and made sure I knew exactly what was to come in case. Mr. Trezza represented me in my Chapter 7 bankruptcy after my husband committed suicide. The monthly survivor benefits from social security were way below what my husband had been receiving so I could no longer keep up payments to unsecured creditors. Mr. Trezza explained everything to me before I hired him. I would not have been able to handle it all myself even if my brain was not in "reboot" mode after my husband's suicide. Mr. Trezza's staff always answered the phone - I never had to leave a voicemail and I was never on hold for any length of time. The staff was able to answer almost all of my questions when I would get confused due to my periodic inability to focus but when they couldn't they would get back to me with the answer usually later the same day or the next morning at the latest. Often Mr. Trezza would call me himself or send me an email. I live over 100 miles from Mr. Trezza's Tucson, Arizona office. He utilizes email and other even more secure Internet document transfer software so I never had to go to Tucson until the court date. I am extremely pleased with the smooth way my bankruptcy went. I really needed a highly experienced attorney to lead me through the bankruptcy process while I have been grieving and mourning my husband's suicide. Mr. Trezza was fantastic.

We had previously spoken to Mr Trezza concerning filing bankruptcy for my neighbor. My neighbor had to raise the money to file the bankruptcy and we called and set up a phone appointment with Mr. Trezza to start the process once she had the money to do so. This was our 2nd "phone" appointment with the attorney and he was very late on the first appointment. When he had not called us after being 20 mintues late for the appointment, we called his office and we were told he was still with another client. So we waited and waited and waited. No call was made to us. That is terribly inconsiderate. I called the office and left a message that we were still waiting for the call and we never received a call back. He just left the office and never bothered to call us or have someone from his office call us to reschedule. I decided that we would NOT file with this attorney. We found another attorney that will be taking care of this matter for my neighbor. Mr. Trezza to this day has never called us back.

Response to your post. I made the phone appointment with you the day before. I gave the name of the lady that needed to file bankruptcy to your staff. They had her number and my number. She is my neighbor. You spoke to both my neighbor and myself on 2/14/17. I explained we needed to file her tax returns to obtain the money needed to file the bankruptcy. She received the money and we called and set up the appointment with you. I called your office at 4:45 (15 minutes after the time we were supposed to be called) and your receptionist said you were meeting with another client, she did not know how long you would be. I told her we would keep our phone with us and no call every came. Not on Friday nor on Monday morning to apologize for not keeping your appointment with us nor for calling to let us know that you would have to reschedule. I left a message on Friday after you must have gone home that we were still waiting for the call. I called twice on Friday
