I would not recommend this law firm if you have a SERIOUS injury from a car accident. They're just another big law firm that only cares about how much money THEY will get and not their client. I used them after I was in a car accident that totaled out my car and left me with herniated disks in my lower back and neck. After they sent me to the chiropractor and pain specialist and I was ready to move on with closing my case the communication was non existent. I would always have to call them to get updates. I understood that these things took time, but no communication at all on their end was very frustrating. In the end after everything was settled, they got over $3500 more than I did, and left me with VERY little for me to be able to keep up with treatment (which I asked many times that they made sure my future expenses at the chiropractor would be included in the settlement). Now if you aren't seriously injured and are looking to make a quick buck then maybe use them. But for me, I still have back pain to this day and I'm only 22. So I will have to go the rest of my life with zero compensation left for my back pain that was caused by an accident that wasn't my fault. DO NOT USE BAILEY AND GALYEN.

I was shopping for an attorney when I ran across this firm. My case was not screened over the phone. I was simply put through to a scheduling service that offered me a consultation for a flat rate of $150. Now, a consultation fee is common practice however, this is on the high side...and they didn’t even screen my case. Also, there should never be a flat rate consultation fee because each case is different. For the above mentioned reasons, I skipped my consultation. Afterwards, I was bombarded with texts and phone calls from this firm attempting to immediately reschedule me. It was obvious that they wanted their fee. In the end, I had to very pointedly tell them to not call anymore. I would advise anyone seeking legal counsel to be wary of this firm and their practices. There are certainly more equitable law firms available to you.

Horrible service, everything kept getting delayed and the bills kept going up. They kept telling me they was working on it and it should be resolved soon, after waiting for over a year and no longer having confidence in them I switched. My lawyer said that everything they had done was a huge mess and initially hurt me on the case. With my new lawyer, the trial was ended in 2 months and I won, although not everything I could have. The lawyer from this firm had messed up a lot of paper work and everything I was owed was never given because of how she wrote the first orders. The new lawyer said that she just wasn’t very knowledgeable in this field and that’s why my case went they way it did. On top of charging me fee after fee after fee, for work they said they did and wrote down but nothing was ever shown. Please save your money and go somewhere else. I would have lost my case with this firm.

The estate planning services were excellent. Duana did a great job of identifying our needs and working with us to draft the right documents for us. She explained why we needed or might like to have much more than a will. Having this opportunity to discuss what our wishes were for medical, financial and guardianship issues and putting documents in place for carrying out our wishes was very helpful. We are pleased to have in place documents that we believe provide the protection we desire and need.

Yes, it is true the attorney you start out with, will leave the firm in the middle of your case. In my case the second attorney I had with this so- call law firm had his license suspended by the Texas Bar Association. BEWARE DON'T GO HERE!!
