He was very nice and clearly communicated with Shlana my wife and me. Sadly he was too busy at that time and returned our case to our previous lawyer that he had kindly offered to help. We appreciate the time he spent to help our case to move forward.

Great personal injury law firm! Eric Nielsen has a reputation for taking insurance companies to trial when they do not offer what his clients deserve.

So Mr. Nielsen took on my case in January 2018. He to this day it is now June 30, 2018, refuses to work on my case and he has yelled at me three times to tell me that I am bothering him and he has bigger cases he’s working on. He wasted about six months of my time I could have already had my case ready to go to trial but instead I was put on the back burner by this man. When I first went to his office he was very gung ho about how I could get awarded $150,000 from this botched nose job I got in Houston. Except when I call him Two months later he tells me that I need to stop calling and that I’m bothering him and her I should be patient. Well, I have been patient since January 2018 and nothing has been done no medical records were ever requested from the plastic surgeons office. He is now releasing my case to me and I will be going to a different personal injury lawyer and I don’t appreciate the time we staying and the condescending the notion that he has about him in regards to a very serious malpractice case I am involved in. I recommend not going to the Sawyer based off of his demeanor.Two months later he tells me that I need to stop calling and that I’m bothering him and her I should be patient. I will always use them in future. They were able to get a big settlement. But they are up front with you, and they know what their doing .

My grandmother has found this company but im am not satisfied with the progress of the case. My initial court day was March 4th but has now been prolonged Im am very upset, but hopefully this case is settled before summer time. My grandmother also stated this is the longest case she has ever waited on hopefully they get it together. Ps their communication sucks!

OK I have to give this place 5 stars after all of these years that I have had my open case for several years with them, I guess sometimes cases get drugged out and it's a long process and it's very frustrating but we have been in touch constantly and frequently over the years and I can say I wish things would have resolved sooner but finally to have everything said in done really takes the weight off of your back and to actually meet everybody in person and put faces to names helped alot to actually see who was handling my case. Nice firm, nice people, very professional and they are there when you need them.
