After hiring a couple of attorneys that only looked at me as a source of income, I decided to meet with and hire Dean. Even thought the case was pretty straight forward, the opposing party constantly found ways to delay and hamper the case and often time filed ridiculous motions, which was nothing more than harassing. Upon hiring Dean, he immediately went to work and squashed all the additional delay attempts and quickly set the case for trial. Dean is honest and has integrity. Dean listened to me and kept me up to date on everything that was going on. Perhaps the best thing I can say about Dean is that he saw me as a person and not a paycheck (again something I cannot honestly say about other attorneys).
