Words cannot describe how thankful I am to Ms. Mana Yegani. I had a VAWA case. It was filed twice with two other lawyers and both times it was denied. Then in 2015 I saw Ms. Yegani for an in depth consultation of my case. She reviewed my two previous files that were denied and realized what were the mistakes. So eventually we started all over and Attorney Yegani refilled the VAWA. It took a while but through her guidance it was approved. Then I had to file my adjustment of status and I needed a waiver for a prior issue. The waiver process was difficult but she worked very hard on it and it was approved a week before Christmas. It was the blessing that was bestowed on us. She attended all interviews with me and was so supportive throughout the process. Since 2015, she has been my lawyer and has done a wonderful job. From the moment I walked into the building, I knew I was in the right place. In 2018, I came to Mana Yegani for a consultation because I had an issue that came up with my case that I felt my lawyer at the time was not experienced enough to be able to resolve. So I went to meet a few attorneys who were giving me incorrect information or were just clueless, but when I met Mana Yegani within minutes she told me things that I was aware of and I knew at that moment that she was very knowledgeable and experienced, two weeks later I ended up hiring Mana Yegani to file for my green card and I went with her advice which, to be honest, I was still fearful about things going the wrong way but in my case Mana Yegani was right and because of her I'm happy to say that my Green Card has been approved. I seriously can't recommend her enough, especially for people who have very complex cases. An attorney can either make or break your case and you shouldn't risk it for any reason.

And to be honest couple years ago me and my wife were reading Mana Yegani’s reviews on google when we were looking to find a good emigration attorney, and since the day we did shake hands the situation was under the control.She and her staff are very organized with all the paperwork and they are on top of the situation all the time, from months in advance reminders for specific case related events ....to recommendations when to prepare for the case and gather specific data needed in advance so when time comes you don’t pull your hair that I don’t have the document and everything is closed for holidays.
