Frank Mann is a straight forward guy and very professional. Would recommend if you need a good lawyer that's going to fight for you.

After being separated for 4 years and never been able to get the divorce done, I finally found Attorney Mann, he was the first attorney that offered financing, which was mainly why I couldn’t hire an attorney before, he was able to find and serve my ex husband, even though he was in another stare and I had absolutely no idea on where he lived, and now I am officially divorced. Very happy with the service and I never had any problems, I always got a quick response when I email his office and they’ve always been supportive and super nice. He will sit with you in court an explains everything in details so you’re never lost or condused. I will always recommend Attorney Mann and I am willing to work with him again on my child support case as well.

Based on my experience, the staff was awesome but Attorney Mann was not. He did not know ANYTHING about my case when he showed up to court and didn't even know my name. He was very unprofessional and referred to my son's father as my "baby daddy." I sent him an email expressing how I felt and I received a letter the next day saying he was dropping my case. Mind you, I paid faithfully every month, never missed a payment. I paid a total of $2500 and he only made ONE court appearance. I was told he is known to do this. I WOULD NOT recommend him.

So now, I am being bullied by Mr. Mann threatening to file a lawsuit for defamation of character for writing the review. Everything I said was based on my experience and I am entitled to my own opinion.

You really don't know how scary divorce can be until it's your time. It is financially, emotionally and physically draining. Fortunately for me I found Frank Mann and associates. Not only was I able to work out a payment plan that I could handle he made sure to keep every correspondence straight to the point. For me that was very important because it assured me that he was not only proactive but also kept my financial situation in mind. At the end of it all I can say that I received a fair deal. Hi, I would like to start off by saying that if u have this attorney then u have a very good one.He gets straight to the point and doesn’t charge a arm and a leg like most attorneys.I was told by the court that I would have to do 6 months jail time due to back pay I owe in child support.My case was set for trial and I was more stressed than ever.I knew I had to either come up with a lot of money to pay towards my back pay or be prepared to go do six months.
Well, I’m glad to say I didn’t have to do either because today at trial my case was DISMISSED! Didn’t even have to sit in court long to be honest.Respectful secretary, great service great lawyer..

Mr. Mann worked very hard from the consultation through trial. He asked specific questions and asked me what I wanted and told me what he could do. He advised me how the trial would work and what to expect. This was a very difficult time, but Mr. Mann and his staff kept me informed every step of the way with detailed advice and now I am finally free. Primary custody, 50% property division, no alimony, no child support. I have supported my child the past 5 years and will support my child and be a great father until I am gone from this earth. I was schedule for a 2:30 appointment on 4/06/18 with attorney Frank Mann. Unfortunately, this was hands down the worst consultation ever. (I made that statement because, I am a legal assistant and have had the privileged to sit in on many consultations.) The attorney was callous, showed no empathy and very un apologetic. He let me know up front that the 30 minute free consultation was short and concise and all he need me to do was answer yes or no. (Assuming, I guess we could not run over the time limit because possibly I could not afford his service) Needless to say the consultation did not last 5 minutes because he was so rude and brash. I proceeded to walk out and he gestured that I get out. No worries lawyers are plenty in this city. The young lady upfront referred me to another attorney as I expressed to her that I should have listened to the reviews. On my way home, Mr. Mann called me to let me know that he was informed that I was unhappy with his services. He also threaten me regarding me writing a review. Thank God for technology because my phone shows that the call was made and I was able to capture his threat. Listen, he knew I was not happy when I left.

It's not about the free consultation because, I can pay my way. However, I will not patronize anyone who does not value me as a client

I was going through a problem with my grandchild contacted attorney mann office where they gave me a start up fee and then payment arrangements to meet my budget. If I could give zero stars I would. But to write a review you have to give one star. My experience with attorney frank E mann was terrible he created Big mess in my child support case. I hired him back in September 2017 to help me filing a child support at first went to his office and provided all the paperwork for the necessary process I was also filling for back child support 3 years. Which he FORGOT to add it in my case.. after reminding his paralegal for 6 months. Sure enough when we appear in court for first time after 7 months I was so embarrassed how the judge said why we waited 7 months for asking back cs.. at the end I decided to give up the 3 years I knew I wasn’t gonna win because he is not a good attorney.
After paying him over 6k for nothing. I thought everything was over but after another attorney reviewed the case and another two attorneys friends of my current attorney reviewed I found out the final order was drafted wrong and things was missing in it. They told me my final order is a mess and it have to be redoing again which is terrible thing now I have to pay all over again to fix his mess after that I went and talk to Mr. mann about it and he was going to fix it for me and I had to pay for it like it was my mistake.. of course there is no way I hire this attorney or trust him again.. Please get an advice before hired an attorney or ask around if they’re good because otherwise they will “screw u up” with all they can. I hope my 6k serve him more for his trips Taking money away that it was for a child. Now I’m filling a complain through the bar Association about this which I already spoke with them and explain them what happened because it is not fair he charged so much money for a job he can’t even handle.

Awesome lawyer! I hired him for my child custody case and everything went great. I am no legal pro so knowing that I had someone who could break everything down to me was very helpful. I highly recommend him!

Honestly, based on my experience with this attorney, I would never refer even my worst enemy to him. First day in his office he makes you sign contract with him. I paid him 3500 dollars but he never took his time analyzing my case. He apparently left it to his paralegal. They requested me to bring all sorts of documents, making me believe l would come out the better person in my case, but truth came out quickly during mediation.
This attorney has no empathy to his clients at all. He is simply rude, careless and arrogant. Very unprofessional. Stereotype his cleints. I AM SIMPLY SCREWED FOR SIX YEARS.

My experience with Mr. Mann was excellent. After talking to him on the phone I felt at ease. He is very knowledgeable about the law, straight forward and a straight shooter. This law firm care about you and knows what you are going through. This guy knows what he is doing, after 3 conversations on the phone he knew everything about my case. I live 1,100 miles from Houston Texas so all our conversations was through the phone. When I showed up to mediation he had all his notes and he knew everything about my case. I was amaze on how much he knew about my case by just simply answering his questions with simple yes or no answer.

I had a very difficult case. My son has been going through a long term recovery after enduring an almost 90% burn in an accident on Thanksgiving 2018. During his recovery it became very evident that his father and I could no longer share custody of our 15 yr old son. My son's father is very difficult to reason with and Frank did everything to ease my mind while assisting in winning custody and child support when these things were not willingly given by my son's father due to his pride. Frank Mann is the rudest, uncompassionate person I have ever met with in my life. He cuts you off mid sentence, waists your time and charges you for it, and makes it visible that he has no concern for you or your children in the situation. $7000 upfront is what I paid this lawyer but I did all the work and fighting throughout the case and in court. I won but, honestly feel I could have done it without him. I waited till my case was closed to write the way I feel because I know this guy would have jeopardized me in court if I told him how I feel beforehand! There's no way this man could ever be a church going man. You will see yourself, I am sure if that.

Don't use him he is rude. He is also very unprofessional. I called he stated that I already called when I did not. I called from a different number. He proceeded to give me another customers name and number who I don't know. I stated I had not called before. I needed an attorney to help my daughter yo fight for past payments. He asked me if I was starting a new case. I started to give him a short answer when he sighed. I told him I would find a better attorney. Not sure why he was so rude.

I contacted Frank Mann’s law office. I was able to get a telephone consultation because I was not able to go to his office because of my work schedule.

I was able to hire Mr. Mann and did all of the paperwork by email. I only had to go to court one time and my case was completed in 2 months after I hired him.
