My case is a challenge for every attorney, the reason is that it is international: title transfer of a condo in Beijing China while the two parties are both in America. The related laws and administrations are very different between these two countries.

Riisa had to go through numerous confusing materials including Chinese files I provided, it is easy to be dragged into small details and distracted. However, She understood the whole process well , able to sort the information out and present only the critical part to the judge.

Her court performance was outstanding, she was quick in response, and held on to the most important point. I could not have got my valuable Bejing condo without her powerful work.
