We called back they could not find the questionaire then had me waiting on hold several times they located it and said no attorney has reviewed it then told me to call back the next day. We called and they still did not have an aswer so I called again the following day they still did not have a response. They kept saying they would call us back to see if they would take our case and never heard from them again and it has been almost 2 weeks and the week before the secretary said she will make sure they give us answer by Friday and never got a call. We have heard good things from this law firm but if they say they are going to take new clients they need to make themselves available or nevertheless respond appropriately a simple yes or no would be suffice. Even if they ever call us back and decide to take our case I don't think we will use their services if they take that long to give us a simple yes or no then theyi can imagine how. Messy and complicated they will be when they actually do work.
