His attitude was very bad and he is rude. Don't waste your time or money.
I even referred to him to my close friend.
Thank you Travis!

Once Travis Eaton Attorney at law decided to defend me I saw the enemy reduced to a rubble of steaming pile.
Travis Eaton swooned me and showed me with his massive election; he shown thine enemy the art of thou relief. Travis took out his mighty sword of justice and struck my enemies down like a lighting bolt going through soft cheese. Travis Eaton shown thy privates to the ex like a lion showed a his hinder region to a zebra prior to consumption.
I will now see my ex not as a competitor but as a dog sees his bone and knows it deserves to be in his mouth.
Anyone needing a family law lawyer that puts your child first, won't back down, and will take care of any concerns or worries you have.. He's the one you need!!!
Honestly, the poor reviews on here are probably from people who did not have a strong case in their favor, or refused to budge on their wants and refused to meet the other party in the middle with compromise. Parenting is about compromise! That's just my 2 cents though.
Thanks again Travis!
After contacting many attorneys and being told they could not help me, or it’s almost impossible to handle my case without a $10,000 retainer fee, he insured me that it would not be as hard as the other money hungry attorneys said it would be! Travis got on my case immediately! With a very reasonable fee! He is nice and kind. And straight forward! He was able to get me exactly what I was hoping and praying for, for so long!!
He handles everything in a timely manner and kept me informed of everything all the way through! He is very understanding and very sure of what he is capable of doing! And is honest if he thinks it’s something not possible! But in my case everything was possible and he made sure of it! I would call and hire him again if needed! With no hesitation!!!
Thank you so much Travis!!!! Your the BEST!!!!!!
1. Travis is an excellent partner. If you want someone that gets down in the mud and fights with you, he is your man. This brings me to my next point nicely.
2. Travis will not hold your hand through the process. Be realistic about the cost here. The reason he is able to charge you less is because he cuts costs wherever he needs to and genuinely passes those savings on to his clients. He doesn't have a gigantic office and 5 paralegals - therefore you don't pay for it. If you want to be totally hands-off in this process, save everyone the headache and get ready to spend 4x as much.
3. Be responsible for your case. I would wager my Ex spent 4 times more than I did in the divorce... and I am a small business owner. She was thinking slam dunk. But not with Travis. Having said that, read your paperwork and understand things you are signing. This advice carries over into every aspect of life.
4. Continued help. Because of the relationship we have built, he is now retained on two other cases for my loved-ones. I call that trust.
5. Christmas. I must add that when my Ex when crazy and destroyed my PRS guitar on Christmas, he was responsive. AND HE DIDN'T EVEN BILL ME.
6. He is great in a head to head fight like mediation. If you work with him towards your case, you can guarantee the best possible results. He will not act unethically or illegally but stay within the strategic confines of the law. Much respect for that.
He didn’t provide me with a billing statement until I requested one. It took him almost 10 days to email the statement to me. On the statement, he charged me $750 for discovery that we never discussed. Again he didn't provide any documentation, communication, or any information regarding discovery.
On the statement, he charged me for the mediation plus $300 for travel to the mediation that was at the Richmond Court House. His office is in Houston. I can travel to New York for that amount. This travel charge was never discussed or approved by me. See attached billing statement for proof.
BETTER OFF HIRING A PLUMBER TO REPRESENT YOU !!!
