If I could give zero stars I would. They've turned my already bad situation into a nightmare. Seems like NOBODY here knows what they are doing. They take FOREVER to get back to us and still cant answer any questions. We've had several different people working on our case and it seems they start over every time. Do NOT waste your time coming here.

I would like to preface this by saying that I know some people personally at this firm. Regardless, I went to this law firm because my aunt was injured at a Walmart. Seeing that I witnessed this I went to the firm so that I could tell the truth of what I had seen. I would never use them to represent me again. I kept telling the paralegal I wouldn’t consider the lowball offer. She’s call every few weeks to see if I’d change my mind. I went to another chiropractor to see if they could fix me because I knew something was still wrong. Their services were not paid for by insurance company and this firm did not want to fight for me. I had xrays done at the first chiropractor. She never said anything about the spinal separation I had. When the accident happened, I was rear ended twice on 290 causing harm to my head. I was now able to “crack” my neck which I told both chiropractors about. They were not concerned. 2 years later, past the statue of limitations, that spinal instability caused me to have a life altering stroke at only 28 years old. But good thing I can live on that $1,400 this law firm “won” for me. I would have been better off not using a lawyer or using literally any body else. Oh, and mr. Zaid yelled at me like a little child for not taking his paralegals calls. I stopped taking them because she never had anything new to say. I had never actually gotten to speak with him before. Very unprofessional.

I don't know how we received such bad legal service from this law firm when it seems everyone else had great experiences. My wife was the recipient of a rear end collision while 6 months pregnant. They treated her as an illegal immigrant with a low profile case. Did not care that she could not make it each and every chiropractic therapy which hurt our case Offered no support and dodged all her phone calls. In a desperate attempt to close the case and be fine with it, the law firm threatened to pay us out less than originally discussed. John, himself, was very antagonistic and defensive when we talked in person. I feel that someone dropped the ball on my wife's case, and they just kicked it around until it reached the finish line. Will never use their service again

I'm giving Brenda my case manager 5 stars! Not the entire law firm. I'd give them a 4 star review. Brenda worked very hard on my case to get me back as much as possible and when I wasn't happy about something the lawyer who I spoke to twice on the phone, but never met offered to split the remaining cost with me, so he made exactly what I got back. I sure do hope Brenda gets paid well because she did all this teediest work, calling all my doctors to lower the bills to ensure I could get back as much as possible and she was there for me every single time I called with a question! If anything Brenda deserves a raise! She is a hard worker and makes the law firm look great! I did not get back as much as I expected but the other parties insurance offered the maximum amount the insurance holder had on her insurance for personal injury and after paying the doctor bill's there is only so much money left to go around. I don't think the lawyer I spoke to twice should have made exactly what I did, I suffered through all the doctors and tests and an awful procedure that never fixed me at all and he just takes calls and makes final decisions but maybe that is how it works. This was my very first time I ever had to deal with someone wrecking into me, knocking my teeth out and hurting my body so badly. I just wish all those doctors they sent me to had helped me. I'm actually worse off now then I was before and it seems like I'll never be the same again! I still have to see a doctor every month, walk with a walker or cane, ride a cart at the grocery store and I have really bad back issues that hurt my arms and leg still. Go figure I cannot get social security disability because I do not have enough work credits. I closed the case before I knew that! I am not saying this is a bad law firm, I just didn't have the voice to speak up and say what I wanted or I'm sure they would have heard me out. Plus I was just so ready to be done with it all so I closed the case so I didn't rack up any more unnecessary doctor bill's because I was not getting any better by the numerous doctors I seen through them. Brenda is amazing and truly deserves to be praised for making her clients happy and working so hard for them. My only wish was that I could have gotten better!! My accident was 1 year ago yesterday and I'm worse off now then I was back then! This law firm has a great case manager, as for the lawyer I cannot comment too much on that. I hadn't really spoken to him enough to make a true inform opinion.
