Complete waste of time. Sat in waiting area filling out a book of papers only to be handed a phone receiver by receptionist for a phone consultation by someone in a back office. The basic message was "we can't help you because your unwilling to give up your house or car." Uhhhh, duh...I was looking for help, not a cardboard box and a Bird scooter!

Poor communication and rude staff. False advertisement on their service.

Made an online inquiry. Got a voicemail as I was at work when they called me originally, the call came from a call center apparently in Killeen TX. I'm in San Antonio but ok no biggie. I call the woman from the call center and after asking what location was closest to me, she transferred me to someone who started in asking the same questions that I spent the time submitting in the inquiry form online basically had NO IDEA who I was or what I had contacted them for. Why even call me if you aren't going to read my information? If you want to be passed around like its an office full of first time legal aids then this place is for you!

Meet once. Never responded or returned my emails or phone calls. Waisted literally a year for nothing . Any other lawyer in town is better than these people.

I hired the Carlson Law Firm after a negative encounter with the insurance company. Edna and Vianney were very helpful and understanding of my situation. ESMERALDA RODRIGUEZ WAS THE BEST PART OF THIS LAW OFFICE. I FEEL THAT SHE REALLY TRIED TO GET THINGS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEMS THAT THEY WERE FACING (DIRECT COMMUNCATION) WITH THE OTHER PARTY'S LAWYERS AND WITH MEDICARE. MY SETTLEMENT WAS MORE THAN EXPECTED AND MORE THAN WHAT I WOULD HAVE RECEIVED ALONE. CALL HER TO SEE IF SHE CAN HELP YOU.

Absolutely horrible. Total negligence by my paralegal, not maintaining my case or the information I provided to them over the 3 year course of my lawsuit caused me to get not even a quarter of what I should've got for this no brainer case. They sign you up for 35% (if you don't have to file a lawsuit) but then don't even attempt to establish contact to resolve without filing so they can charge you 45. My lawyer walked away with more than i did. Belittled me and denied any responsibility for not having documented hardly any of the information needed until deposition came. I walked away feeling cheated and left in debt. I would not recommend Carlson law firm.

It was great my case was hard and Larissa and Esmeralda where great to work with and I will recmend the Carlson lawfrem to anyone.
