Great attorney

This law firm is garbage! If I could give them zero stars I would. They dont return your phone calls. They claim they've been calling you but when I go to my phone call logs I don't see any of their phone number. They dont keep us updated with our case. When we call them, they transfer us to the case manager but they never answer and goes straight to voice mail. We live in the houston area and have had to travel down to the valley several times just to speak to someone in person all because we cant contact them. Avoid this company at all cost. You will regret it.

I was a pedestrian victim of hit and run. They arrested the perp. He and the owner of the vehicle failed to file with their insurance company. Chris Harris (S.A. office) handled my claim. I normally don't write reviews. I called the Law Firm asking questions about consultation fees and if I could as for advice during consultation. They lady who picked up the phone said no and I thanked her, but she just hung up on me. I found this very unprofessional.

Worst experience ever!!! they don't stay in contact with you and they don't keep you updated with the case. I took my mom to their office back in november and they havent been able to do anything for her. The insurance evaluated her car at 2000.00 and last thing she heard from the lawyer (because she called them several times) that the insurance was offering 500 dollars only. My mom told them she wanted to talk to the insurance and asked for the case number and the lawyer refuses to give her the information. She has called them several times and they dont answer she has also left them several voice mails. At the local office they cant do anything for her since the main office is in San Antonio.
