I just called and spoke with Cheryl who was very rude. I asked if they assisted with lawsuit cases and she very rudely said Assist? , said yes , she then again rudely ( as if i was incompetent) said we dont assist we file lawsuits. I told im sorry I didnt use the correct words , that she was rude , and I would call somehwere else. Worst first experience to have when your looking for someones services.

While I am unable to speak as a current or former client of this firm, I can say that the staff was very short with me during an initial consultation and everyone that I spoke with came off as rude. I’m not upset that they weren’t willing to take my case, however, I do feel slightly insulted by the way I was spoken to. I feel that as a professional, one should portray himself as such. That is not what I saw here.

Extremely disappointed in the initial process here and the Cavalier and nonchalant response that I received I expected quality and detailed consultation but basically got the runaround anything but definitives and specifics mr. Rockefeller proceeded to tell me that my case monetarily just wasn't big enough to take on this leads me to believe that he assumed it had a numeric value to it as if he was able to quantify my case based on very little information however refused to give me the criteria that he's basing this on. He didn't even seem to know about non economic losses like pain and suffering. Be careful and be sure this Firm is detailed with you & assure to get other opinions as mr. Rockefeller May in fact be turning people away based on very little information this is disconcerting.

People come here not simply to be filtered through your selection process but to atleast continue moving in the right direction. Turning people away simply because you dont see an open and shut case slapping you in the face seems cavalier, nonchalant, not helpful etc. Not providing relevant information as you deny service also seems cavalier. Information which you possess, like the numeric value you envision my case holding since it was determined the value of my case was not high enough. This might discourage someone and derail a "Solid" legitimate case.

We called Leighton Rockafellow after a very bad auto accident. The staff was extremely nice and set me up with an appointment right away. Mr Rockafellow came to us and very clearly explained that in this case a lawyer was not needed. We are extremely grateful that he put ours fears to rest but we do feel guilty that he was not paid for his time/gas and advice. He was very straight forward and clearly explained our situation to us and the ins and outs of the medicare billing process and what we could expect.
