Update The young attorney called me about three weeks ago and told me that I still had an open legal option to continue with the Case ??? The way she was addressing me with the information was very suspicious and it was like she was having FUN with me. I still don't why she did this.

This law firm is trying to help a bottom feeder convict my at the time pregnant wife in a fender bender. He left the scene and had expired registration. I feel bad for anyone that doesn't have the means to defend themselves.

The whole ordeal was stress free. Since the day they took over the case I was kepted up to speed with updates, progress of case status of case. The setup all appointments with the correct doctors. They assured me at the beginning that everything was taken care of. When case was closed I received a settlement check. It was just a pleasure to work with Jeff Davis and his staff. I highly recommend anyone who needs legal assistance to call the 4's.

I signed my contract with Jeff Davis Law firm in March 2018. I had no contact with his associate attorney, Russell Jackson, until December 24th when I received a letter that he was filing a motion to drop my case. He never spoke to me or emailed or sent me a letter prior to this informing me why. I felt this was unprofessional and rude but I called and made an appt to pick up my files. I was handed a CD and was assured everything I brought into them in March was on this CD and Tom would not let me take the CD without signing for it even though he nohad no hard files to give me. I informed Tom at this time I was very disappointed in their firm and of Russell Jackson the way my case was handled. He then asked me if I wanted a referral to another law firm and I told him no I didn't need one. Tom then asked me again if I was sure I didn't want a referral from them. I told him "okay, sure give me a referral." He then said "I was going to refer you to Thomas J Henry, because that is where Russell Jackson now works!" How childish! When I left and looked at the CD, it was very scant and had fikes of another one of their clients on it. Now I am here again to pickup the hard copies again after making arrangements for yesterday that they were supposed to be reading according to Tom O'Connor once again and he gave me 1/2 of a box when I handed them two boxes. I told him once again the files are incomplete and he told me to "chill!" and went back to his office and found another couple of files and tossed them in. Very very disappointed in the they handled this

I unfortunately had an accident in June of 2018 not of my fault . I was scared I was hurt and had my 82 yr old mother with me who was also traumatized and hurt, not knowing what to do besides calling my insurance and informing them I did nothing since I had tremendous pain in my neck I couldn’t sleep as I watched tv I saw a commercial for Davis law firm and immediately called at 2 am within 2 days I was seeing a Dr a chiropractor and was told they would keep me informed they did just that . Staff was polite and well informed I had no complaints . I want to thank all of the staff for their help and a special thanks to Melissa Dumas I truly appreciate all your help with everything . I'm glad others have found help using Jeff Davis Law Firm. However, I'm a current client and I am having one of the worst experiences in my life. I was injured in an accident and I thought that working with Jeff Davis would help. I feel that choosing this law firm has caused me to suffer from more than just a physical injury. My lost wages are not being reimbursed, the firm hasn't helped me to find transportation and I cannot get medical assistance any longer because I can't get to appointments and I am spending money out of my pocket for daily transportation which is going to cause my bank account to be overdrafted. I'm not going to be able to pay my rent and when I've explained the hardship I'm going through because Jeff Davis hasn't helped me mitigate my losses, I feel like it's not taken seriously. It's only been a short while since my accident but the suffering I'm experiencing makes it feel like an eternity. I hired Jeff Davis to help me because I knew the stress of trying to work directly with insurance companies would overwhelm me and now attempting to work with my attorney has become overwhelming. I email my attorney every day and either receive no response or the same response, 'he cannot force an insurance company to do anything '. I just want help from this law firm.

My experience with this attorney not too good. They give up on you when they having trouble winning a case. I hired them twice and same thing one was disability case they gave up on it so they told me I was free to seek another attorney which I did. The new attorney won my case. I hired Davis again last year for a car accident, & again this year they called me to let me go, & to let me know I can hire another lawyer. I also received a letter stating the same thing. Never again will I hire them. As I think an attorney should stand by you all the way till the end, & not give up so easily in a case. Not right. Also they never called me with any updates on my case. The assistant was never in office & would never return calls. This is not professional at all.

Claims they care about the victims and their families, takes half their money

I have had to send a concern about this law office's advertising because the messages tend to be biased on specific vehicles as a whole when respectfully cases being advertised are best relatable to people by presenting the story associated with each case won. When I drive my small truck, I want to know my life is safe too because I work hard as an American to be having to see false advertising belittling the hardworking class in a general way.

So far so Good. They are very good with returning phone calls. We are hopefully in the final process of winning this settlement.
I am alittle worried about the reviews that talk about the davis law firm just dropping clients when things got tough. And the reviews about them adding extra fees on top of there 40 % cut.
I have done everything they have told me to do from day one over a year ago . and i pray to God The Davis Law firm will fight and win for not only me but my 2 kids that also got hurt when that lady ran her red light and totalled out my car . back in august of 2017. Or was it 2016.
Damn concusion acting up.
Anyways i need my money . hurry the heck up .

I was in an accident 4 years ago. I'm current represented by Scott M. At their fir . Everything is finally coming to its conclusion with what I think is fair to everyone.
Only reason for the 4 star is my original attorney left and my case fell through the cracks at their firm. However once taken by Scott I was kept informed and he was able to get me the best settlement possible.

All I have to say is don’t use their Drs. If you can handle your own injuries do so. In my case...out of $30,007.00. I’m only walking away with $4,500.00. I’m the injured one and everyone from the lawyers to their Drs are walking away with way more than me. They didn’t allow my insurance to cover anything. My injuries may lead to surgery, but yet they get to live good from my pain. You live and you learn.

Had a bad car accident where my car was totalled. Called the 4's and they responded promptly. Could not go to their office so they came to my home the very next day. They were really attentive and got the stipend due to me. I now have a new car at a great price. I would recommend this law firm for any situation , especially if someone crashes your vehicle. They stand by their word!!!

My 2 star rating has dropped to a 1. Things went from bad to worse. I really believe this law firm does everything to leave you with as little as possible on your settlement. They are slapping bogus charges in me. Trying to charge me for a 5 minute visit 4 times. It goes on and on. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM.

Money hungry law group. I had a beginning amount of $30,000 but only ended with $9,500 out of original $7,000 because I had to bring my dad Into my situation. Your better off settling it out with the insurance company yourself. I didnt even get good care. I'm having to use a chiropractor that's a heck of a lot better than River City Chiropractic. Also a lot cheaper than anyone else and has actually helped me quite a bit.
Also the pain management doctor Sanjay Misra barely did anything to help me and what I said wasn't working they still wanted to continue to do. Wating 2 hours after your scheduled appointment is not how you should run a business.
Dont ever choose to go with any law group and just try and settle it with the at fault parties insurance company. What you see on TV is what they began with and then it all goes down from there.

Davis law firm is very respectful and whenever you have a question about your case they are always there to answer it. My case was slightly complicated but I had witnesses to back me up in several ways but Jeff Davis Law Firm dropped my case instead of fighting for me. It is my definite opinion that all he wants are easy open and shut cases where all he has to do is mail letters of demand.
