The prospective walk in client was fully respectfully listened to, their legal issues they potentially faced were identified and addressed. The person was informed exactly what their rights were, legal options were discussed and reviewed, and the person knew where they stood, and what needed to be done. No attempt on my part was made for them to retain me.
My Wife and I approached Attorney Hamblin for a free consultation regarding a case involving diminished capacity to constitute intent, and was told it would cost us $100.00 just to speak to him. I know more about this subject then he does, but I am not licensed in Arizona. This is not a progressively honorable way to seek and retain clients. My way of giving back to the community provided me with a full callender of clients all year long. You get to choose who you want to be your legal counsel .

Fantastic lawyer, walks you through the steps and sets solid expectations, and is aggressive.

Horrible experience. This attorney represented my husband for 9 months. He conferred with the client all of maybe 55 minutes over the entire 9 months. This attorney bounces back and forth, plead guilty, plead not guilty, plead guilty. Dont believe this attorney knows the law in Arizona. A whole 9 months wasted, Bryce Hamblin got paid for 9 months (milked the tax payers) he was never straight forward or explained anything clearly. It is my opinion Bryce Hamblin is incompetent as a defense attorney.
