I came to Hastings and Hastings a few months ago regarding a stressful case! I was immediately seen by sean Hennick and April Beck. I was very hesitant to reach out due to inexperience and doubt about my case, but Sean and April made my visit a pleasant one! April beck is such a wonderful and experienced paralegal who has amazing communication and was eager to help with my case. I appreciate all they have done for me! I would recommend this location to everyone!

Wish it didn't have to be this way but you must protect yourself when accidents happen. It's 2019 and people don't care and don't carry proper insurance. We all know this!!

So my suggestion is make sure you GET YOURSELF "under covered under insured insurance" to protect yourself.

Thank God I had coverage. But... Many don't add this to their policy or theirs is inadequate coverage.

Then when an accident happens.

Call them right away!! Don't mess around and Protect yourself out there!

First time ever in a lawsuit and have to say our worst experience. Talked to actual lawyer on first visit and never again. Four of us in accident and the payouts made no sense whatsoever. All had same type of injuries yet one got $70k and another got 2k??? When asked why no answer and. Lawyer never returns calls. Took over a year to complete.

I can't say enough good things about Hastings and Hastings. Attorney Erwin Braich and His assistant Gabriela Silva handled my accident case. They did not treat me like a number but as though I was a relative. They kept me up to date on what was going on with the case. Erwin or Gabriela would contact me apx. bi-monthly with any relevant info. My case was closed within a year and I was satisfied with the results. In short great company that I was recommended to. So I am passing on the recommendation.

Ask for April Beck. She was helpful, thoughtful, and helped us tremendously. This is an excellent place and if you have the misfortune of being in an auto accident, then employ this place to help you.

I have had the WORST experience ever dealing with this company! My lawyer was Sean and his secretary April Beck, for starters they have never once called me about my case to let me know what is going on! I had to call them to check the status of my case more than 5 times. Every time I have spoken with April Beck she has been nothing but rude, challenging and unprofessional with me! For instance today I called her to confirm that today is the 8th business day that I have signed my paperwork which was last Monday the 3rd! Any logical person who knows basic mathematics knows that if you take away the 2 business days from the ten days that have passed, then today is the 8th business day??? She could have called me back very polietly and let me know the status of things, but instead she wanted to chanllenge me with incorrect information which shows from the start that this company does not have their clients best interests in mind. They made me feel they were against me the whole time I have worked with them. They were not agressive at all with my case, they never counter offered the insurance company! I feel like they didnt try hard at all to get me the most that they could get me! I feel that I was not a priority! And I will NEVER recommend their services. Do not use this company their are way better lawyers out their that will make you feel appreciated and do a good job for you and your case. They really need to make an adjustment to hire more professional, qualified and polite employee's to work for this company because they seem all nice and everything on the commercials but in reality you never even meet those two old guys, and their staff is VERY unprofessional!

It's been a couple years but when I was in my auto accident, I went to Sean Hennick and his paralegal, Amy. They were absolutely phenomenal. Took care of everything, stayed in constant contact with me, and worked their butts off. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Went here after a car accident, don't recall who I spoke with. They were absolutely no help at all!!! I was having trouble getting the police report so I didn't know if my truck was going to be covered or be a total Lose. I was really stressed out and in a lot if pain!!!! Whoever I spoke with invited me to come back, if I found out my truck was going to be covered. So I left there feeling worse than before I went. I feel feel like the least they could have done was make a call to the police to find out if the other vehicle ( at fault) had insurance and if would have been great if they would have helped me get medical attention!!!! So I went to Dutson law and was at a doctor and physical therapy the same day!
