Arrogant and condescending. I contacted Mr. Burch shortly after getting in an automobile accident. I was concerned about a potential brain injury. He was nice enough, gave me some advice, and I began treatment for my injuries in San Antonio. It was suggested to me that I obtain legal counsel and ended up choosing the Begum Law Group out of San Antonio to handle my case. A little while later, because of a conflict of interest, Begum Law Group had to drop me as their client. Thinking back to my conversation with Mr. Burch, I thought I would see if he wanted to take over my case. I called him and explained to him the situation with the Begum Law Group and how I needed to obtain new counsel. In his annoyed, condescending voice, he told me he wasn't sure whether he wanted to or not and he didn't "know why I didn't call him in the first place". That made for an awkward moment as he seemed at least a little aggravated that I did not go to him with my case initially after getting advice from him. He asked me to contact my attorney at the Begum Law Group and have him contact Mr. Burch. He said he would then let me know whether or not he would take my case. I did like he asked, and only found out weeks later that he wasn't taking my case after my attorney at the Begum Law Group advised me that he had "really tried" to convince Mr. Burch to take my case. To this day, I have not heard from Mr. Burch, which in itself is not a bad thing because I have been blessed to have found a remarkable lawyer who is a shark and who is easy to talk to, kind and humble. Being personable whether you see easy dollar signs or not is an important characteristic of great lawyers.

Mr. Burch and his colleagues were very professional and patient with my personal injury case. I was kept updated in the case's progress and there were a few hiccups but everything got settled in a timely manner.
