Worse company in this world to work with. If I knew this before I would never choose work with them. In 2 years inside a process everytime I tried reach out Renata (lawyer) I wasn’t able to. Renata (paralegal) was always telling me she was in a meeting or congress, always busy to talk with me so to make sure she would be able to make a phone call with me we did a schedule and again right before the time scheduled the paralegal called me saying she went to a meeting. Asked them to stop the process that I was in and it took them more than 2 months to tell me that it was stopped which I do not believe it’s true. Everytime I called them to ask some questions Renata (paralegal) never knew how to answer those, never and her answers was always let me check on this for you. By the end this is not the right company if you are looking for quality and a good customer service. I tell everyone who ask me about this company to stay away from here. Eles tem o verdadeiro “jeitinho brasileiro” de na hora de ganhar o dinheiro da gente são super dedicados, e depois tanto faz e tanto fez.

We hired Ms. Castro last year to apply for our non-immigrant visa (E2). She was helpful before signing the contract, but after that, it was impossible to reach her. Our visas were DENIED, and we are still waiting from her. I do not recommend.

Eu estava procurando um advogado de imigração em Orlando para o meu processo do Green Card por casamento.

Foi quando eu tive a indicação de uma grande amiga, a qual trabalhou para a Dra Renata.

Por conhecer essa amiga ha tanto tempo, eu achei que o nosso processo fosse acompanhado por ela e nao por outra paralegal a qual eu nao conhecia (e nem conheci até hoje, na verdade).
Deve ser muito bom ter o amparo de quem vc conhece em casos como este. Certamente me daria uma confiança muito maior. Afinal é tudo novo, muita informação pessoal, muitas mudanças na vida.

Ficamos bem desapontadas com isso, mas nao tivemos escolha a nao ser aceitar.

No início eu e minha esposa percebemos alguns erros grotescos nas trocas de emails, mas deixamos passar na certeza de que tudo ia correr bem no final.

Mas...
Foi a pior experiencia das nossas vidas com uma paralegal completamente despreparada chamada Carla Fassina.

Dra Renata se mostrou muito solícita no início, mas do meio para o final, so decepção. Nós mandamos varios emails, ligamos, tentamos falar diretamente com ela que, inclusive, nos confirmou que acompanharia o nosso processo pessoalmente, sem a participação da paralegal evitando maiores contratempos (porque mandamos um email bem chateadas com tamanha incompetência).

Pagamos caro por um serviço com um atendimento ao cliente precário, de péssima qualidade.

Findou por aí. Decidimos nao mais entrar em contato e procuramos um advogado que pudesse nos acompanhar na entrevista para o Green Card, que deu muito certo no final. Somos muito gratas somente a ele e sua equipe sensacional.

Mas o Castro Legal Group deixou muito, mas muito a desejar. Recomendação? Nenhuma.

Renata charged me just to talk to her on the phone ($100), she Schedule the call for a time and called me after the time schedule, that is ok no problem. It was a Friday and After talking to her for like 20min she said she would have her secretary to send me the forms to start my process (simple divorce) on Monday. Monday passed and nothing, I texted her on Tuesday and nothing.. then I called her office in florida and her secretary said: I have your name here and I am gonna send, wait! Bottom line I got another lawyer, he charged me $1500 and Renata took advantage of my despair and said She would charge me $2400 (Price giving discount). Anyways the other lawyer as amazing. Did everything correct he is American by the way not Brazilian like me and Renata. After 1 month and a half I was in court and everything worked fine. Just to see how unprofessional she was I texted her saying “I am still waiting for the forms” it was almost 2 months later after I was divorced already. I texted her because I had our conversation on my phone. And she replied: who is it? she erased our conversation and did not care about it at all. She Just took $100 to talk to me for 20min while she was arriving in her hotel (that’s why she was late for the call) at least I payed $900 less for a faster and very professional job with the other lawyer.
