When I called and left SEVERAL messages to the attorney off, Sandra finally called me back just to tell me that the case WAS ONCE AGAIN transferred to another person, who I still to this day do not know who it is. Luckily, with the help of the embassy, they told me what I needed, sent it off and his visa got approved.
