I was a client I started my case with Zanes Law, I was dropped for lack of contact. When I picked up a file today that was at least 5 inches thick. I first started off at the Southside location when I lived by the Northside location they got shut down, 30% was closed deal, had communicated that I was still under care of doctors and gave doctors names just in December of specialists that are going to do the surgery on my back. So how is that lack of communication? I say in my opinion Doug treated law like his dad sold cars, yeah close down shops and now down to only a few locations stretched himself out probably had too much caseload, had to drop people. I wonder how many other people are getting the same disappointing news that now they "only have six months to find a new attorney and get everything together and filed and claimed!" Thanks for nothing!

Took greater than a year and I never recovered what that accident took from me. Very poor communication, had to call if I wanted an update, changed the person on my case 3 times! Also when I finally was able to pick up the little money I did get, the lawyer was in a different office than the one they had made the appointment for....the best part....THEY GOT MORE THAN I DID!!! I was into a car payment again thanks to that texting idiot that hit me and the lawyer made more than me..save yourself, skip this group!

I did a phone consultation with Zanes Law in May of this year after I was rear-ended at a stop light. They asked all the details about my accident and we're very polite. However when the attorney came on the line it was just to discuss the document's I told I needed to sign. We told them we needed time to think, I wasn't even sure I needed a lawyer. The following emails and calls pressuring me to sign, was very unnerving.

I called another law office and the gentleman I got a free consultation from there gave me some great advice. He discussed what the insurance company was going to do and ways that I could get the most out of my claim. He also told me, that based on the lack of serious injury and no reason to continue medical treatment, it would not be in my best interest to hire an attorney.

The honesty was refreshing and the advice was extremely helpful.

They have been the ONLY firm willing to represent me. There was no collision but I have been badly hurt and can't work.

They have been understanding and have gotten me in with a Chiropractor. They have been absolutely amazing.

My boyfriend and I had got into a bad car accident that was NOT our fault. We picked Zanes Law, we were assigned a case manager her name was Veronica. We were assigned an attorney we had absolutely no idea what her name was we didn't even speak a word to her at that. We would call Veronica for updates and questions 99% of the time we couldnt reach out to her or she wouldnt call us back, we had no clue if we even had a attorney because when we would try getting out to her she was never in office or she was "sick" (still till this day have no idea who she is). Anyhow my boyfriend and I were curious of what was going on because we hadn't heard from Zanes Law in a month or more.. so he decided to ask for a new attorney and case manager. LUCKLY! We got assigned to a case manager his name was Sebastian and our attorney is Oren, they are great, Sebastian and Oren are always calling or messaging threw the portal letting us know what's going on where we are at if we have any questions and they answer them all. If we do not contact them they are contacting us, they are absolutely great at there job and never had 1 problem with them. I would reccomend Sebastian and Oren to anyone I know and dont know just because there always on top of there work and want to help and satisfy there clients. The day I called Zanes Law I was a little skeptic. Thinking this would be like every other agency just trying to get a client. . . I walked into their office and I was greeted at the front desk. Very professional great customer service. Zanes Law employees make you feel like you are there number one priority but most importantly they make you feel comfortable. They touch base with you very frequently. It wasn’t just every two months or so. They always check up on you to see how you’re doing. I honestly thought this was going to drag out for like 2 or 3 years. They stay on top of everything. It’s pretty neat they also have a portal you’re able to sign onto and get updates and contact with the person you are assigned to. Any information that they need you could just upload it to the site. Very quick and convenient. Honestly my case is moving along pretty quick. I had a family friend referred me to Zanes Law and was told they were really good with communication. Very respectful and polite . You won’t know until you try them out.

My friend had an accident, wasn't his fault, yet Zanes had him go to physical therapy several times and extended that out for almost a year and at the end of the deal he got about $1,500 which was a travesty. His classic car was totaled. I attended several meetings with him in the attorney who changed two or three times. I guess the deal just wasn't big enough to keep their focus. I personally would never use Zane's Law.

They treat their clients horribly!!

RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM. They changed my lawyers 4 times. And when it finally got down to office staff they 1. Forgot to mail my release for like a month. 2. I had to call and hound like just to get an answer to a question for like a week. The lawyer who settled it didn't even ask me if I accepted it!!! She just took it. Then she quit. For all this trouble you know what i got 1700.00 but that 1000.00 is from my own medpay from my insurance. They are a joke of a law firm. Only 2 people from the office staff was worth dealing with ever. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

The lawyers don't return calls in a timely manner and if you have minor children that are involved in a accident it is even worse and they don't fight for you it is like you are thrown to the side

I was in a wreck and they were the first law firm I called. My wreck was really bad, I had multiple brain bleeds, a broken pelvis, had a miscarriage, my ribs and skull were fractured, etc. When I called I spoke with some lady, I cannot remember her name, she was asking me details about my wreck. I told her my injuries and that I was on a multitude of pain medication so my memory was pretty foggy at that point. She was exceedingly rude, and told me that if I can't remember the information I shouldn't have called. Thank God I went through Goldberg and Osborne because they actually cared. They weren't rude to me, and because of them I got a substantial amount of money. I'm glad I didn't go through Zanes after that lady, because I don't want anyone who treats people like that getting a third of my settlement. I was blown away at what an absolute abhorrent situation I had to deal with when speaking to them, on top of dealing with my injuries, and coping with the loss of my child.
