Excellent criminal defense. My son was caught red-handed with drugs. He was looking at 6 years. The first lawyer I consulted said he could get the evidence suppressed. Then I spoke to Mr. Regan- a former prosecutor- who pointed out that the other lawyer was giving his opinion based on limited knowledge of the facts. In the intial consultation Mr. Regan accessed the clerk"s database and showed me the police report. His opinion was getting an early resolution with the best terms possible. The State agreed to Mr. Regan"s terms- 5 months with credit for time served. Now my son wil get drug treatment in jaol and be home for Christmas!

James is not a good lawyer. He a liar and a former state prosecuter. What ever you do don't hire James Regan. He did a horrible job in my case and lied to me. He will do the same to you. He went to court once with me and when I asked him to continue the case he lied and said the judge wouldn’t allow it and we’d have to go to trial. He assured me I’d get two years probation then when we got to court everything changed and I realized what a scum bag he is. James wife left him because he’s a liar and not a real man. James drives around with a little chowawa very professional, don’t hire this loser. Stop lying James I hope your ex wife found a real man not like you.

I just got off the phone trying to see if I wanted to do a consult with this attorney for my husbands case. I was spoken to very rudely and basically told that he needed to be paid for his time if I wanted to discuss anything. Which I have no issue doing I was inquiring to retain a lawyer but I wanted to speak to one first find out if we had options and I was cut off while speaking mind you the conversation was only 3 min long and in that time I told him a small part of what my husband and I are dealing with and just trying to see if we had options and he gave no advice just very rudely told me that he needs to paid for his time because we can’t just call to pick his brain and that’s about it. Based off that conversation alone I would NEVER hire or even consult with a person like that and that’s why I called first because by speaking to him for 3-4 min I’m able to make my decision I would NEVER pay him $500 to discuss anything with someone who lacks decency to have a polite conversation. Good luck to others inquiring about him. Hope your phone experience is better than mines! Not to mention I have the money to consult and retain but you’re not just going to get it you actually have to work for it and part of getting a client is treating them with respect and decency the first time we speak.
