Well Worth Expense

Linda and I first became acquainted with the Kulas Law Group in 2015. Working with a Medicaid specialist we saw an advertisement for a free consultation concerning elder care. Since we were working to get mom on Medicaid and into a full nursing facility we decided to make an appointment. Being a bit suspicious of Free Consultation, we were on guard. When the expert attorney for Elderly Law came in the conference room I was a bit more than suspicious I was ready to leave. Joshua, looked all of 20 years old. We started discussing mom’s issues and he seemed to be more knowledgeable than the Medicare specialist we were paying to guide us along the path thus far.
He won us over within 15 minutes. Then he asked what we had set up for our future years.
Needless to say we set up an appointment for us and now we have a Trust set up for our investments. We were pleased how well Josh coordinated issues with our investment broker. Now we have life long care thanks to Josh and the Kulas firm.
It did not matter to them how much money we had we were treated with respect.
One thing we will say the expense to have this Trust and after care is well worth every penny.
