Terrible, OMG WORST LAW FIRM EVER

Shes work and fights for your rights and doesnt give up without a fight. I was already convicted of a felony and for the first time in the county with her help julia was able to fight for me and reduce my sentence to a mistmeaner i got a letter of 5 years licence suspension she got my licence back in 2 months ...Julia you are the best lawyer.

Arthur and Christine are amazing knowledge and patient. I can’t believe a person could have said a single negative thing about them. They are always there for me, answer all of my questions. They are both very professional and compassionate. Each case is different, out comes are always different. The line of communication is ALWAYS open. I am going through a divorce/ custody and I am 100% confident and comfortable with Arthur representing me. There is not enough good I could say about this law firm. His advice is always professional. Things are messy and they will get messier due to my ex and having a two year old in the middle of this does not make that an easy task. At the end of the day isn’t that what you want from something like this what’s best for your children (for a family case obviously) there aren’t many lawyers like him out there he is NOT one out there just to take your money he gets his job done, (and it is his job and our responsibility as his clients to pay him for his work and time)

Worst traffic lawyer I have ever gotten. I would of been better of not doing anything. They did nothing but get me a fine and had points put on my license. I highly recommend not hiring these lawyers!!!!

Author took the Time to talk to me and to make sure I understand the law. I know it could be difficult dealing with a divorced couple especially my ex she is the most difficult woman in the world and if it wasn’t for author I would’ve never had the opportunity to see my kids at all. Even though things aren’t 100% fixed. Not due to author but because of my ex. I will always have faith in him to never give up to make sure the kids will always have both their parents no matter how hard and thickheaded the parents could be. But in reality the kids should not have to suffer no matter what. And that’s why author will always push to fight for you. He is a great man with a very Big and caring heart.

Horrible! Very unprofessional and did not show any empathy towards the case! Basically just took our money and never heard from him. Never gave us any updates until my family reached out. We were never able to get real, concrete Information. Gave us the runaround. Just kept demanding more money to basically do absolutely nothing. Hiring this law firm was the biggest mistake!

Absolutely the WORST and will withdraw from your case first chance he gets! I retained this attorney after being sold a bill of good about how he knew the other party and had beaten them before. But after being unprepared for the couple of time I needed him at first, he decided that I should pay more than what our contract agreed to. I couldn't pay more so he withdrew from my case and left me high and dry! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. Also make sure you do not sign anything because he will use it to bail first chance he gets.

Awful representation. Never prepared for any hearing I ever had. Always had to call and speak with her secretary. And sometimes that would take two and three attempts. Because nobody from their firm would ever return my call. Then when my mom called concerned after I was arrested author Brandt answered and yelled at her. They also disclosed information to whom ever called on “behalf” of me which I’m pretty sure is illegal. Was told lots of things weren’t done or handled properly so i had to hire a new lawyer whom was amazing and got the case closed 10 days after retaining her meanwhile I had them for almost a year. Brandt and Baginski were by far the worse I ever had.

INCOMPETENT!!

I hired Julia Baginski for a friend who needed her restraining order against a stalker extended. We tried many times to properly go over the case with Ms. Baginski, but she was always in a rush or preoccupied. The day of the hearing Ms. Baginski did not bring any of the evidence (including an incriminating dvd), forgot who witnesses were or why they were there, and kept looking at her cell phone. A policeman who took pictures pertaining to the case was never subpoenaed. To say that she looked totally disorganized, befuddled and lost during the hearing would not be an exaggeration. Needless to say the restraining order was lifted. After the hearing Ms. Baginski looked us in the eyes and blamed the judge.

She has helped me and my family numerous times always got us a great deal when we were young n dumb we always send everyone w law troubles to her bc she is the BEST IN TOWN!! Seriously she is worth every penny my husband would still be in prison till this day but she got him probation (he was hibitual n the state wanted 5yrs doc time) he is now almost done w his 2yr probation! I hired Mrs. Baginski to represent me on my 3rd DUI. They wanted 6 months in jail. I thought we were going to have to go to trial. However, Mrs. Baginski worked hard to make a deal to get my DUI dropped to a reckless driving. I was extremely happy with her effort and work ethic on my case. I would highly recommend het to anyone that wants a great attorney for a fair price. She saved me!
