This law firm sends threatning letters to people that write a bad business review, basically trying to scared people into not writing the truth about busiensses, covering for their mistakes and scams, AND trying to stop people from practicing their First Amendment right to freedom of speech. I have already gathered letters from other people they have threatened and have reported them with my friends in the FTC for a full investigation. Good luck threatening guys ;)

Great experience with the firm

Called regarding a new Business Contract I wanted looked over. After calling several times, a receptionist answers the phone and stated the attorney I need is in a meeting and will return my call. After contacting them back several hours later, the attorney is still busy and guarantees they will call back. It’s been a week and I still haven’t gotten a call back. Guess their clients aren’t that important.

The man listens once,the rest,he gets hands on.

Phil, was the most kindest sincere attorney I ever spoke with. Smart man who knew his stuff, who would offer suggestions, ideas on specific situations regarding my case..He helped me in more ways than anyone could imagine and believe me most attorney I spoke with would not even give me the time of day only how much they would cost etc. Although he was not able to represent me with issues regarding my case and previous firm (horrible) he went over and above the initial consultation. He helped me so much and I truly wished things turned out differently so I could retain him yet previous firm ruined that. If you need a great firm to represent you they r who u call you will not regret it!!!

Horrible experience with this firm, specifically Chuck Thomas. After the initial meeting everything seemed fine but when I followed up with him concerning scheduling another meeting to review a contract, he never responded to my email and all the messages I left with his secretary went unanswered. As my deadline was approaching I went to his office to meet with him and his secretary told me to wait as he was in a meeting. After a little while, Mr. Thomas told his secretary that he would not meet with me without an appointment. I explained to the secretary that I had repeatedly tried to make an appt. and he then came out and told me he's working on a big case and couldn't help me. All Mr. Thomas had to do was return my calls in a timely manner so that I wasn't left high and dry. I was highly upset as I needed a contract revised and couldn't find a lawyer last minute to help me.

If you are looking for a competent and aggressive law firm, do not look further. We have used them on multiple engagements and found them to be effective, fast, successful and reasonably priced. We recommend Thompson & Thomas to all who need legal help.
