I had the worst experience with the Berman Law Group. There is very high turnover at this law firm. They dont have experienced lawyers . My lawyer , Steven Ainbinder who works for Berman and Berman , told me just a few days before my scheduled deposition that the law firm made a mistake on my case and that i actually do not even have a case...... yet i have been in litigation over a year and have been with berman and bernan two years. I drove all the way from VA to FL to appear for my deposition and the firm withdrew the morning of my scheduled deposition. This firm will LIE and string you along. They will deny you access to YOUR information about YOUR case. They withhold information. They will deny they said things. They are nothing but corrupt . Do not go here. They lack ethics and experience. I contacted the Florida Bar.

I have worked with the Berman Law Group on multiple occasions and I have always worked with Pia M. and every time it’s been a pleasure, she is very detailed, very through, very kind and pleasant, I would refer anyone to them and personally Pia she’s great!!

Service was horrible. They promised that no money was needed up front. This case was an auto accident. Then when I was not happy with what insurance was offering and wanted to go to trial then they wanted me to give them 5000.00 up front to go to trial. On my first case they kept my money for three months before I received it. There is a lot more negative experience that I received. Too much to include. They made more from the case than I did. I pray that I would never need an attorney again due to my horrible experience that I received from them. I also felt my race had an effect on how they handled my two cases. That feeling is just from how the para legal and attorney reacted to me.

Have had a case open with them for nearly a year now and can never get ahold of my attorney. I was helped and set up for the first two weeks with a guy from their lawfirm and he was great, then got pushed aside to some woman that seems to not take my case serious. The settlement amount agreement was sent back in October, and it is now mid December with still no reaching them or to receive a check!!!

Used them once for a car accident. They did the job. However contacted again a month or so ago for another issue. Spoke to a rep Daniel there. Never heard back from him, never returned my calls or messages. My fiancee was on the phone with him today, was then put on hold by him to take another call which was obviously more important and then just patched him through to the receptionist! Never bothered calling us back. Receptionist cut him off by patching him through to Daniel again and got VM. Not impressed with the rudeness.

The Berman law group staff is horrendous. They lose documents, emails, don't return phone calls. I really thought I could overlook the bad reviews because there were enough good ones but I should have paid more attention.

The "work" the bermans did on my case was deplorable. I switched law firms to a better, actually functioning law firm and I've seen more results in the past month than a whole year wasted with the bermans. I suggest anyone reading this to stay far far away.

This has to have been one of the most frustrating processes I've ever experienced.
Going into this (speaking with others who have filed personal injury claims), I was prepared to have to play the waiting game.
The paralegal assigned to my case (Jacqueline Darby working for Atty Zachary West) has made a painful process, more painful. Her lack of customer service since the on-set of my case has been painfully obvious. I have sent her numerous correspodence and left multiple voicemails, which would go unanswered for weeks sometimes months (mostly just requesting a status update). When I contacted her on her alternate tel # (provided on email attachment she sent me) she was very rude and short. Letting me know how much "other " work she had to do. And that she would call me back later (which most times took another week, if she even bothered to call back) . I recently signed a "release " which Ms Darby indicated was the last step in me finally putting this headache behind me. I signed it on November 7th. Ms Darby (after I emailed her 3 times) informed me that she should have all things complete by following Monday. It is now November 22nd with no update and no conclusion.
I pray that if you are unfortunately put in the position of having to obtain legal representation, you look other places. Ms Darby, with her POOR customer service, has definitely made a difficult situation, much more so.

Hi. I had a quick question...does your law firm take on medical malpractice cases? I tried to call multiple firms in the area. None of them seemed to care or have any interest. Making the decision to call The Berman Law group after my accident was the best decision I’ve made. I got into an accident in the middle of the night expecting to just leave a message, but instead a got a live aid to walk me through the process I would have to take moving forward. The very next morning I received a call from someone else stating that they would like to move forward with my case, and about 13 months later my case was closed. I got to know my lawyer personally and was able to contact him at any time (within reason of course.) I’m not planning on needing a lawyer again any time soon but if I do I know exactly who I’m calling!

This place was referred to me by a friend that used Maria in 2010 flash to 2019 and I called them on behalf of my husband that was hit my a drunk driver whom messed up my car . I couldn’t drive my car and had to listen to them saying it was a total lost 1 1/2 month later my husband has done whatever they said to do and Jacqueline Darby called him to say there’s nothing can be done .can someone please explain to me how it is it possible please?their taking clients money and so unprofessional nothing was said to me and my husband at all in regards to the case Jacqueline tricked us into thinking they fighting on behalf of us but really scamming for themselves. I had no car for weeks and explain that to her so she can speak to the drunk drivers insurance but she didn’t care that I couldn’t take my newborn to his doctors appointments.Never I’m my life time has I’ve experience such disgusting treatment.YAll STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you don’t want to get scammed .
