I had a difficult time trying to get Disability (and still don't have it, unfortunately), but John was nice enough to stick with me through the entire way. Unfortunately, he was very short whenever we spoke through E-mail and rarely did we keep in contact. I could barely speak for myself at my hearing and ultimately ended up missing the 60-day period where I could have gone to an appeals council. I recommend him, but my experience wasn't entirely enjoyable or complete.

Don't trust luck In going through the process. First, I made a huge mistake by trusting an ad from a company to help me through the Disability and SSI process. Second, I got lucky and a friend referred me to John Kuhnlein.

I went to Mr John Kuhnlein when I was advised to get an attorney after my first denial for SSD. He was polite, professional and let us know what to expect each step of the way. He was patient even though I have high anxiety and tended to ask a lot of questions all the time. We had a couple more denials which Mr Kuhnlein had prepared us for.The entire process is very slow and took aprox 4 years from start to finish. We won our case and were awarded back payments. John is the best! I have been through a nightmare after my appendix burst, and 5 operations. I am no longer able to work because of the complications involved. I filed twice to get my disability without any luck until my father said "give this guy a call, he helped me", so I gave John a call and he went to work for me and he knew exactly what to do. The next thing you know I was being interviewed for benefits(I never even got an interview filing on my own) I am so grateful I listened to my father.
