My name is P. Capwell and I rarely take the time to write reviews (whether good or bad) about anything, but I feel I must take the time to write a rare review about the Lavargna Law firm of Stuart, Florida. Yesterday, I visited with Tony Lavargna at his office with the express purpose of placing all my properties into a trust. Although I have always had a will, I decided to further protect my assets by placing them into a trust. I did this based upon strong recommendation of friends and family and others whose opinions I value. Once having decided to go ahead, the problem became how and where to find a good estate attorney in Palm City/Stuart area, who could guide me through the process. Again, based upon recommendations from several sources, I settled on the Lavargna Law firm. Tony Lavargna patiently walked me through that which I believed would be a long dragged out nightmare rife with legalese mumbo-jumbo that would be far over my head. Not the case.
