I would highly recommend Moody Law and his team to anyone needing a personal injury attorney. They worked extremely hard on my case and always kept me informed throughout the process. There were times I felt depressed because of my situation and Debbie was the angel that God used to encourage me to remain positive and things would get better, they did too! I haven’t had the need to hire them for myself but I have had multiple interactions with them and they are great hard working attorneys. The staff is wonderful and very friendly especially Fernanda K. She is nice, polite and very helpful. I hope I don’t have the need in the near future for an attorney but if I do I become so unlucky I will be sure to hire them, as I know they will make everything so much easier to deal with.

When I was in a car accident December of 2018, I knew I needed help. I wasn't calling Ask Gary or Morgan and Morgan, I called my hometown attorney, An attorney who has been in this area over 30 years. With Mr. Moody and staff there is no competition, I promise he is the best, your get through immediately and they know your name. They guided my all the way. I spoke with him on the phone personally many times. I had a successful outcome in a record brief amount of time. Remember there is no competition when you find the best. I am glad I did. Recently I went to Attorney Dan P Moody for advice regarding a procedure performed at a local Medical facility. In preparation for the procedure, the nurse administered an IV needle incorrectly. She obviously did something wrong because my arm was swollen up to my elbow. I had to go to the Emergency Room for treatment. The following day I had to return to the Emergency Room as my condition worsened. I asked Dan Moody if I had a case of malpractice.
He was very informative. He explained the steps necessary to proceed with litigation. The costs I would incur and the time it would require did not warrant any further action. His patient, professional manner would encourage me to recommend his service to anyone I know. I thank him for his time and advice. This is in regards to a slip and fall accident I had on September 23, 2013. This slip and fall caused injury to my left knee and middle of my back. Because of this slip and fall I had a meniscus tear, strained ligament and plica problem with my left knee, a bulge in one of my discs in my back. Because of this I had to undergo months of physical therapy, ended up having left knee surgery and then continuing physical therapy for another couple of months. I hired Moody Law firm in order for them to assist me with getting my medical bills paid etc.. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance during this horrible time in my life, from the very beginning until the close of this case they were extremely helpful, kind and considerate of the situation. Mr. Spurgin (who is one of the lawyers with Moody Law) was not only very professional and knowledgeable in these matters; but was extremely kind and understanding in all aspects of this situation. His legal staff were exceptional, there was never a time I could not reach them with any questions, concerns I may have had during this case. They answered every question and concern I had, whether it was a simple one to a difficult one. I always received the utmost care, concern and felt as if I were the only case they had.
