Review: Mr. Russo was very patient and compassionate when we spoke. He wasn't arrogant or pompous like most lawyers today. He cared about me as a person and listened, without rushing me or cutting me off. When people are injured, and or feel they have been wronged, they feel vulnerable and sometimes fragile.
