Just not what I expected.

I’m a local business owner and I needed counsel for a default judgment on a civil case. I spoke with attorney Darrell Isaac, who was polite but also condescending. He spoke to me as if he was opposing counsel for the other party, trying to convey a higher level of intelligence than mine. In my experience, these are the worst lawyers. And those lawyers don’t win cases, they just collect your money. He told me I essentially had no case and, again, sounded like a lawyer for the opposing party in the suit.

Well, my company retained a sole practitioner with 30 years experience, for HALF the cost, and WON. That’s right, the judgement was tossed. So, in other words, these guys are all hat and no cattle — at least in my experience.

I recommend an uptick in customer service. As a businessman, I can tell you that talking to your customers like they are a level or two below you is sin #1 in business. To make it worse for this firm, being shown to be the ones who don’t know what they’re talking about is extra embarrassing.

They were very quick in response and handle the case with professional and courteous actions.
I refer everyone to them very happy with their service.
I have had several different lawyers and I have never anything nice to say after the case settled, but in this situation I would use their office again and feel comfortable referring my friends to them. Very happy with the treatment I received

Wow! Let me start with how impressed I am with this firm. Especially Christopher Smith.
