I cant thank Ajay Singh enough for his incredible service! Due to being a young entrepreneur I was a perfect candidate to being taken advantage of! I was partnered with a multi millionaire investor who attempted to utilize a bully mentality our small business! Ajay, drew all necessary agreements to be written in a way that it is extremely obvious of the agreement is drawn to protect his client myself! Ajay is not only an attorney but a CPA who was able to review my company for errors that will be impactful towards a dispute against an investor. I requested the investor to get his attorney to draw the agreement. If this investor was wise enough to have his own attorney responsible for drawing the agreement we would no longer have this business! Instead Ajay drew the agreements with Definitions to clarify any question on any word in the agreements meaning which will in return seal this " LEGAL Jargon" between this incompetent investor.

Its comical that Franchise investors can believe that they have "Business Knowledge" when they in-fact are simply making wise choices based off data configured way past their investment!
