Over the past 17 years, I have used the services of Jeff Murphy three different times. The first time I was struck by a car while walking down the side of the road. I had extensive injuries, as you might imagine, and Jeff did an incredible job on my behalf. About seven years ago, I was sitting at a red light when someone plowed into the back of me.
