I'm really happy that I got referred to Roman and Roman. This was my first car accident and Paula was able to settle my case in less than 8 months. She helped me through a lot and Darlene was amazing too. They both always got back to me asap and helped me in the process and kept me up to date in everything. My car was hit by another two cars and Roman and Roman Law Firm did everything in their effort to settle all my medical bills . Ms. Paula Roman who represented me was very efficient to negotiate with the other parties' insurance companies to get the money I deserve and also negotiated to lower my medical bills with my medical providers. She is very straight forward to send me all the copies of the payment she received from insurance companies and all the payment copies she paid to my providers. This law firm is very genuine and I will get their service without a doubt if I had to in future.

I was represented by Michael Lintenini for a first time DUI charge, he was very intelligent and punctual​, he contacted me before each and every court date and explained what could happen and if I had to be there, then gave me options on what we could do and what his opinion of the best choice would be. I was referred to Mr. Lentini by a family member who is an officer of the law in a nearby city. My case involved a number of tickets including a felony count of Driving With License Suspended and Careless Driving. The penalty for this charge was multiple fines exceeding $5,000 and up to 5 years in prison. Many people in the courtroom that day received the maximum penalty for their incidents but Mr. Lentini achieved the best possible outcome for my case. The result was a complete dismissal of all tickets and my felony charge reduced to a non criminal administrative failure to produce vehicle registration. I have to say......I had NO idea what I was in for when I got into my first car accident. Everyone has always pushed this negative karma on me because of my age and judged me to be like everyone else.

One night, I went to rescue one of my friends at Clearwater Beach and I ended up getting rear-ended by a drunk driver that was not from this area. I was in shock and I didn't wake up with any sign of injuries until the 3rd morning in the middle of the week.

(Once again,) little did I know that this would be one of the best decisions that I have ever made! Michael is not only handsome (I know, that doesn't matter!)- but he is on top of his game! I was treated with utmost respect and so was my roommate (who was also involved in the auto accident in my 2001 Honda Civic). Every time we went to go travel to Clearwater all the way from New Port Richey (near Trinity), we always got good vibes. To my amazement (and Michael's), I got news on the day of my 22nd birthday that I would be winning my case.....a mere two months later! ALTHOUGH, things got dragged out because of others involved, situations all combining into one, "rare" case yet: Michael and Darlene still gave me hope!

You won't find genuine people like them often.
