the commercial lied they don't try to help, I couldn't even get pass consultantation

Totally a law firm that goes for low hanging fruit. Called in about a case regarding hearing loss from being issued defective earplugs in the military, which Morgan and Morgan are advertising for, and the person I was speaking with had no clue what they were talking about. It was very apparent that this person wasn’t even remotely familiar with any sort law and was just asking questions and clicking buttons to see if their system would tell them it’s a viable case. The rep couldn’t even correctly read some of the potential side effects from said defective earplugs. After they asked about 5 questions I was told, “this doesn’t look like a case we would want to pursue.” Now, I understand that law firms definitely have the right and ability to decide which cases they are going to pursue. But don’t have people waste their time and call into what is clearly a call center and have someone who isn’t knowledgeable about the case speak with a potential client. As I said in the first line of this review, these people just want low hanging “easy” wins. I also guess I was under the impression that when I call a law office I would speak with an attorney. Definitely not the case with Morgan and Morgan. “For the people”....yeah right.

I just called for a free consultation the lady that answered was Awesome, then she transferred me to one of the Morgan & Morgan lawyers name john & he asked what was wrong as I went trying to explain the issue, he hung up, he just hung up if this is the service that they offer then they are very rude & are not for all the people the way they claim to be, when we call a lawyer it's not for fun & games its because we are seeking help with something serious, shame on Morgan & Morgan & there lawyers....

I called in and answered all the questions and they said that they didn’t think I had a case so I said I’m really bad at explaining things over the phone and I’m leaving all kinds of things out and I would just like to make an appointment anyways to so I could explain it in person And even if I don’t have a case maybe I could at least get some advice AND I was told that NO I can not make you an appointment even if you just want to come in and talk to someone

I was discussing a malpractice case got about 15 or 20 minutes into the conversation and the subject of smoking marijuana came up in which I have a medical card now but obviously was not legal until two years ago the lawyer then ended the conversation and told me that he could not help me my name is Craig Farmer And I am a human being I have rights I see the commercials how they tout on how they protect the little man I’m quite sure that Mr. Morgan’s brother smoked quite a bit of marijuana before they made it legal in the state of Florida because I’m sure he’s in pain as well God bless him

Very few if any lawers would take on Walmart a corporate giant. Morgan-morgans Cora Molloy is the finest lawyer there is. She cares and helps you in every way possible.
