Who knew that a daily commute to work would be the start of a three-year odyssey involving multiple doctors, surgery and a lengthy rehabilitation. I was the victim of a rear end collision four Months removed from a Lumbar surgery. Along with a new aggravation to the existing back surgery, the collision also resulted in torn ligaments in the left ankle that required another surgery to repair.

Yeah – That day was the beginning of a three-year odyssey…

My entire experience with Charlie, Anissa, and the entire staff made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease as I went through a very challenging time for me and my family. Their communication and professionalism was outstanding. I could not have been in better hands. Without their help, I would have been stuck choosing whether or not to receive the medical treatment I needed because I wouldn't have been able to afford it. All for an accident that was not my fault. I cannot thank them enough!

There are just a couple times in my life when I felt helpless. Just a couple of times when I didn't have all the answers and needed help. My daughter's accident was one of these times.

I can't get into the details -unfortunately- but as my child lay in a hospital bed due to the negligence of someone else, my emotions ranged from rage to uncertainty and back to rage. As we struggled with what to do next, somebody that works with my wife recommended Charlie Spinner.

Charlie's assistant, Gena, was always there for us as well. She was the conduit for almost everything and had the answers to all of our questions. If she didn't have the answer immediately, she took time to get it and called us back ASAP.

Lastly, I'd be re-miss if I didn't mention his negotiation skills. Seeing some one be so calm and cool throughout the process transform into a master negotiator was impressive to see.
