I highly recommend Tom Hudson as an excellent and experienced dui attorney to represent you if you are pulled over by police and charged with DUI. I was charged with dui this past March. This was a very stressful event. The breathalyzer reading was .059. I also did some pen light gaze test and walked a line and refused a blood or urine test. This is when I learned that the police can still charge you with dui at a reading below .08 and take your driver license.

I talked with a half dozen attorneys that specialize in dui cases. Tom met with me on a Sunday, and I hired him. I am glad I did because other lawyers seemed to think I could get the dui charge reduced to reckless driving, but I felt that I should not be charged at all because I was not intoxicated and I was driving cautiously on a dangerous stretch of road.
