He’s represented me for both my VA and SSDI cases. He’s very knowledgeable in both areas. I was at my wits end when I hired him to help with my VA appeals. At the time I was unaware that I also qualified for SSDI, which he filed for and won my case fairly quickly. As far as the VA , the process is a lot slower but he got me to the right doctors and had them fill out the proper DBQs, Nexus Letters and IMOs to help win my cases. I went from 40% to 60% , 60% to 80% , and 80% to 100% Permanent and Total. I’m fortunate to have another veteran help me prevail when I was so close to giving up. Thank you Mr. Magann.

Very upfront and honest from the beginning. Finished in a couple of months what had taken me years.

As a disabled Veteran I was unaware SSA nor the VA coordinated obtaining records and neither agency has full access to records in the e-files. Getting Mr. Magann is key to downloading all of my VA records into my SSA file. I am happy I finally found someone certified to represent me for VA and SSA disability fully. It's ridiculous the agencies could care less and have no one to help, but I have found help now!

As a Veteran I am keenly aware of the circumstances that can lead a person into the disability process. The only negative reviews of my firm are from those who actually won their claims. Unfortunately, we do not collect "Award Monies" and it is up to Social Security and/or the Veterans Affairs to disperse after possible offsets and lien calculations. Yes, even this process can be lengthy and frustrating. However, in the end with our prompting of the proper government offices all of our awarded clients have received the designated funds.

Went to David Magann in 2014, to think maybe I would have better luck with dealing with the VA regarding my disability, Wrong!! Only thing they did was submit the same paperwork that I sent to the VA, and when I called to check on status was told still waiting to hear from VA after 6 months, I called to cancel due to not happy with service. Do yourself a favor and go thru the DAV, Disabled American Veterans, they help you and its free.If I would have known I would have never went thru them. 20% and did nothing, I'm expecting a call back,status or something.I did the work, went to the scheduled appts from the va and pretty much did it myself, Your decision.

I went to Mr Magann and filed for my disability,Iput all my trust in his hands, as we filled out the paper work it clearly stated that all attorney fees would be taken care of when and if i got my settlement.I have 3 legitimate physicians.About 4 days after i had my hearing i got a letter from Mr Magann saying that i need to see another dr,when i called to find out about this dr,now keep in mind this dr has never come up before,they tell me that i have to bring them $300.00 and i would be seeing dr in their office.That it self sounds like a scam to me.But i took them the money.then i find out and i think he already knew because i called ss,this man never had any contact with me i had to go through ss.He took atty fees out of my $300.00 which i have a receipt for stating that it was for the dr.As i said in the paper work it states FEES WILL BE TAKEN WHEN SETTLED
