The firm was excellent. Lindsey was a great person to work with and I can not say enough good things about my attorney David. I would highly recommend their services. These type of situations sometimes take awhile to resolve, but they were with me every step of the way with their communication and understanding.

Best experience ever with a law firm

As a current client of Burnetti, P.A., I would personally like to share my experiencee with you all.
When I first chose this form, I was so confused. I was hurt and I didn't know which way to turn, didn't know what questions to ask. The firm took me in, answered all of my questions and made me feel confident and comfortable to talk to them about anything! I especially had a wonderful experience with Katherine Estopare. She keeps in contact with me through every step of the case! She makes me feel like I am their only client! I just want to say, keep up the great work you guys! Very proud I've chosen you all as my representation!

Horrible, just horrible. Please don't respond to this review asking me to call a 1-800 number because that will not get me or my family a check cut today. This firm works for Physicians Group not the client. Was told I was walking away with 0.00 in pocket. Used them once but apparently a whole lot has changed in recent years. I had my family in the car. I will never use them again. Phil Slotnik himself (not the paralegals) has yet to call me or my family to give details as to the hold up. We have gotten passed around from Mags to Ron back to Mags, a Donna and now Lindsey. Do not use TV lawyers. My husband took off work to come to the office with me. While sitting in the waiting area, got a call saying that Phil called out that day and wouldn't be in. We need our money just like the next family. This firm only work for big cases. A one star is way too much to give.

This by far is the worst firm possible I see a bunch of reviews I’m Dona and Phil that’s great but info they didn’t get to help me instead I’m being tossed around and robbed by this firm they are taking more than 33% plus a third the additional money they don’t care about your case unless it’s over a certain amount of money and then the only way the want to resolve this is by having a automated computer pick up in a negative remark and give you a number to call so they can act like they care I wouldn’t recommend these masked criminals to anyone stick with smaller firms that’s care and pays attention to what’s best for the clients no firm should be comfortable with walking away with more money than the clients

I would highly recommend the Burnetti, P.A. team! Phil and Danya were wonderful to work with. They both kept me updated every step of the way and explained exactly what was happening throughout my case. They took more than their 33 and 1/3. They told me AFTER I GOT 11OO OUT OF TEN THOUSAND THATS ALL I GET. I was seriously hurt. I couldn't do anything for 7 months. This law firm will rip you off of the total outcome your due. I was told I would receive x amount. I didn't receive it. They kept my money! Go elsewhere for legal services please. I dealt with Mr. Paul Burnetti himself. He even stopped answering my calls. RIP OFF !!!!!!! Rude. And incompassionate. BEWARE!!!!

I've been rearending pretty badly twice. The first time I tried to take care of it myself. It was awful, a hassle, way too much paperwork, and in the end I got badly taken advantage of. I am a single father of a five-year-old Little girl and also pay child support on another daughter. This law firm and their reckless and inept Doctor financially wrecked my family. Choosing this law firm was the worst possible mistake I could've made. Please do not make the same mistake. I was victimized more by Burnetti Pa's Jeff Diamond and Sarah and their Doctors than the actual person that caused the accident. At least he was honest and admitted to what he did. The driver that hit me told the police he was looking at his phone, and another driver with a dash cam sent me a copy of the accident on video. AND THEY STILL MANAGED TO RUIN MY CASE. And when I asked them to address the problems that was going on in the case they told me I was asking them to do something unethical or illegal. Since when is asking someone to do their job a reason for such allegations. I sat around over 6 weeks not working thinking the matter was taken care of and further running my family into to debt to get by based on counting on Burnetti Pa. The doctor's office called Physicians Group on Himes Ave that they sent me to completely wrecked the case over a simple mistake. And instead of owning up to the mistake and correcting it they all left me and my daughter to suffer for their wrong. And I had to catch the mistake, the attorney didn't even know. I have 3 college degrees and I assure you I can tell when a Dr tells me to go back to work or not. Physicians Group on Himes Ave do not care one single bit if you and your family get your money as long as they get their medical bills paid. There has been constant legal problems for Physicians group and them taking advantage of people through it's founders the 1800 Ask Gary and 411 pain networks. Google 411 pain and Physicians group. This is who Burnetti aligns themselves with. YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER TO THEM BOTH. They both want to run up medical bills that is what they do. The only thing that Burnetti PA was aggressive about was getting me to sign away my case to them and from there they did nothing. A month after accepting my case they still did not have the police report and I had to go get it myself and fight with the insurance company myself to get them to take liability for the case. And even though their investigator and Jeff Diamond told me they would help me with my car repairs if I needed it that turned out to be a lie just to get me to sign with their firm. Later they informed me they do not handle that. Lol. That's unethical and illegal. This firm has caused my family a lot of undue stress please do not make the same mistake. The firm and the doctor's office knew that me and my daughter just lost our best friend that was like family to cancer the prior week and they still could not be bothered to return a call or do their job and left me suffering all holiday weekend. Worst law firm ever. I was trying to buy a home for me and my little girl and now I am pawning things to pay rent with no relief in sight BECAUSE OF THEM. BEWARE!! PS That Dr Office employee was so rude to my 5 year old lil girl the first time I brought her I didn't have the heart to make her go back with me. I had to cancel appointments to not have to bring her back. My kid wouldn't stop bringing it up, seriously.

Rude, takes a long time. They pay themselves more than they deserve. When an attorney gets the same amount as a client and all they did was write a letter that anyone could write, it makes you wonder. Lawyers definitely have a reserved spot in hell for their greedy ways.
